The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The recently renovated house is surrounded by woods, at an altitude of 1150 meters, and is an integral part of the main house. With a separate entrance and a lovely equipped patio, it allows you to enjoy wonderful outdoor dining. The surrounding garden overlooks the woods of the Oltrepò Pavese, and is also equipped with a station to observe the stars with a telescope! PLEASE READ TO THE END: it is a studio apartment at Tigullio Rocks, near the sea It almost feels like you can touch it, and at night you can hear the sound of waves. EXTRAORDINARY MAINTENANCE WORK IS PREVENTING access to our private beach and use of the swimming pool. Rustico La Cà Rossa

Small and cozy rustic renovated in the core of the village of San Cristoforo. In the beautiful setting of the wild Carlone Torrente Valley, a 20-minute drive from Bobbio (recently named "Borgo dei Borghi" of Italy). The house consists of a living room, with kitchen, fireplace and sofa bed and a sleeping area on the upper floor with double bedroom (bed 1 square and a half). Wood-burning heating (included), the entrance consists of a terrace with south exposure.

From the house and garden you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire Gulf of Paradise. The home has an outdoor space to read, eat, and barbecue. The sea is a 10-minute walk down; you can leave for several excursions from home. The distance from the center of Genoa is about 30 minutes by car. Train and bus stops are a 10-minute walk away.
