A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

Judith and Hans were always available and always provided information quickly. Communication was therefore quick and uncomplicated. They also asked if everything was okay upon arrival. The apartment is very clean and has everything you will need. The view is a dream - you also accept the path there (steeper stairs);-) We will definitely be back! Thank you! A presto!

A great host, a beautiful rustico in a wonderful location. We were passing through with two children, we all would have liked to stay longer. Florent responded quickly to all requests, e.g. for a possibly earlier check-in. The furnishings are generous and the decor is cosy. In addition, it is very quiet and you can relax superbly. We will be happy to come back!

What a beautiful apartment looking over the lake. The location is quiet and relaxing. We stayed for 4 nights and explored the area it was easy to get around. The apartment has everything you could ask for. Patrizia & GianFranco were great hosts and very responsive. We hope to return again.

Anita is a super host, she was really very precise in her communications and allowed us to check in in an extremely flexible way. The apartment is magnificent, very large and cared for in every detail, very clean and practical. The apartment is in a dream location, surrounded by hills and nature, flowers and plants of all kinds. In the open space, there are 2 terraces from which you can admire an incredible view of the surrounding hills and a view of Lake Lugano. The stay, practically fantastic, I will definitely return.
