Maria Giuseppina and her husband welcomed us with great kindness and helpfulness. They were precise in the directions to reach the Bobbio plans. The apartment is well furnished, well equipped and equipped with all the necessary amenities! They were also very kind to leave a small gift for our 3-year-old son. We highly recommend the apartment. My husband and I stayed here for three nights while travelling around the lakes for our honeymoon. The check in was simple, and upon arrival we were blown away by the view. Wow! We arrived on a glorious day and couldn’t wait to get into the lake and lie in the sun. Inside, the house was just as described and equally as beautiful. We were greeted by a fresh arrangements of flowers and a wonderfully stocked fridge which was again perfect after a long day travelling. We walked into the town on a couple of occasions and drove to Lecco on another. All easy and straight forward. We didn’t use the sauna, but it looked clean and easy to use. On our second morning we were treated to fresh croissants left by our car, which were delicious. Especially as lots of places were closed for the bank holiday Monday (republic day). Cinzia’s place was absolutely stunning and did not disappoint us.

Marco and Mara are the true definition of perfect hosts. From the very beginning, the communication was excellent, they are super helpful to make sure your trip is as smooth as possible. They care a lot about all the little details that make the whole experience feel special. The place itself is a very comfortable for multiple guests. All the necessary goods are provided, including surprising accents. Location is silent, but at the same time everything you might need, like beach or ferry, is available on foot easily. It was a perfect stay and we would highly recommend it if you want to explore Como. 11/10, cheers 🤌

Very comfortable and well-organised apartment on the provincial road in Ballabio. Marzia, the owner, is very kind and responds immediately to messages. Definitely recommended!
