Wonderful villa with private pool, garden, beach

Quando si arriva alla villa ci si rende conto che è completamente immersa nella macchia mediterranea con un grazioso laghetto nelle vicinanze con alcuni animali selvatici locali, soprattutto uccelli e anatre. L'ampio giardino (oltre 1000 mq) ha un prato ben curato che lo ricopre completamente. La piscina (10x5) è abbastanza grande ma molto sicura, poiché ha una profondità massima di circa 1.15 cm. Una bella e ampia veranda copre 3 lati della villa e fornisce una splendida ombra in estate.
