Our small apartment is brand new on the ground floor of an old building. The interior is cocooning with exposed stones and wood. It has an entrance, main room, small bedroom with new queen size bed, overlooking the bathroom and inner courtyard, small garden with views of the fields. No one around or above (1st floor empty). The quiet of the countryside 20 minutes from Avignon, 10 minutes from Marcoule. Self check-in and checkout possible. Additional services available.

Our cottage awaits you in a little piece of paradise, a preserved and quiet place. You can enjoy private swimming, family-friendly activities (hikes, soft lane by the Eyrieux River, water hiking, kayaking canoeing, mountain biking trails from the vacation rental, etc.). It will be ideal for a relaxing vacation but will be just as suitable for discovering the region (Drôme Provençale, Ardèche, Vercors) or for sports travelers being close to multiple activities such as horseback riding, bike rides, hiking. This vacation home is adjoining our accommodation, we will be happy to inform you and advise you according to your wishes.

Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.
