Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Montauk

We had a fabulous stay at this adorable cottage. It had everything we needed and more. Great spaces indoors and out to hang out, walkable to one of our favorite wineries, other wineries & restaurants close by. Appreciated having a tandem kayak to use & explore Goose Creek. Enjoyed watching birds, including Baltimore oriole parents in a nest in the backyard. Would return again. Thank you!

Kristin’s house was perfect!!! It was even more beautiful in person and had absolutely everything we needed to have the best stay at Greenport! Not only was it beautiful, but it was also in the best location, making it easy to get to and from the Main Street and wineries! I traveled with 8 friends and we all said we’d book again without a doubt! Thank you Kristin for an unforgettable stay!

Victoria was an incredible host. The house is in an amazing location, close to so many great spots in the Hamptons. It was very clean, and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. The kitchen was fully stocked with just about every appliance you could need. Victoria was extremely responsive and gave us some fantastic local recommendations. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for the perfect Hamptons getaway!

A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. Additional amenities, such as a cozy fireplace perfect for evening gatherings, stylish decor that elevated the overall ambiance, and easy access to local attractions, truly made my stay unforgettable. This place is a gem! When we arrived the home was spotless and exactly as pictured. It seemed brand new and in excellent condition. The hosts were very kind and helpful and even gave us a bottle of wine and left bottled water in the fridge. The beds were so comfortable and the home was stocked with everything we needed. Our young kids loved swimming in the beautiful pool and we enjoyed exploring the rest of the picturesque property—so cool to see the wild turkeys walking around. We had a wonderful vacation and hope to return one day!

This is such a great home in the Hamptons. It was up to date and clean. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. Donald was very quick to respond to a couple of questions we had. If you're looking for a place to stay, this is it!

This home was beautiful and exactly as described. The hostess was wonderful and very responsive. The location in east hampton in a quiet and peaceful street was close to all our favorite restaurants, shops and beaches. The hot tub was so great to have in the cold and rainy days. The home is chic, comfortable and clean. We loved it and recommend it.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

We hosted a family gathering and this house was absolutely perfect. It was stunning! Lots of curiosities in the house. Had a grand piano that we could use for entertainment. The place was clean, pool was well situated, beautiful balcony for meeting up with friends and family. We booked it for Yale graduation weekend and no hotel in the area could match the experience we had.
