I had a fantastic stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and located in a great neighborhood. Check-in was smooth, and the host was communicative and welcoming throughout my stay. The space had everything I needed, from thoughtful touches to all the essentials. Gorgeous house and property that is even better than the photos. Like other reviews have mentioned, the highway noise in the backyard is definitely present, but easy enough to ignore. Really enjoyed our stay and communication was great!

Barbara’s place reminded me of the way airbnbs used to be. It felt like home-away-from-home. The accommodations were high quality and clean, and there were even some tasty snacks! We loved our stay. Everything was as pictured. Stony Creek was wonderful, and we look forward to visiting again next year!

I had the most amazing stay at this Airbnb beach house. The views were absolutely immaculate, turning every moment into a picture perfect scene. Every detail was thoughtfully curated from the comfortable bedding that guaranteed a night of uninterrupted sleep to the high quality toiletries that added a touch of luxury to my routine. The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals whenever I wished, and the fast WiFi ensured that I could seamlessly blend work and leisure as needed. A true highlight was the friendly welcome with a customized snack basket that set a warm, personal tone right from the start. We had an amazing weekend at Sol’s Place! The house is in the perfect spot, sitting right above the beach - which you can reach by taking some steps down. The big terrace was definitely a highlight, with unbelievable views over Long Island Sound, perfect for catching those amazing sunrises and sunsets. The house itself is super nice. The beds were really comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the shower was just perfect. Sol was an awesome host, always quick to respond to any questions. He gave us some great recommendations for local spots and restaurants. All in all, it was a fantastic stay and we can totally recommend it.

Karen’s house is comfortable and lovely. It felt very roomy. The kitchen was well stocked, even had much appreciated coffee and tea. Our dog enjoyed doing zoomies in the fenced back yard. I

An amazing stay overall. It was comfortable for 6 adults. Spencer was extremely helpful throughout our stay — I had lots of questions and Spencer was quickly responsive. The house itself is beautiful and has that eastern Long Island charm. The backyard had lots of space and is well maintained alongside the pool. We also enjoyed a sunset evening at the beach which is just a few steps away. It was a wonderful weekend and I am certainly looking forward to staying here in the future!

If we don't give a good review, can we keep this to ourselves?! Patti was a perfect host; the views were fantastic, whether from the outdoor porch or inside through the French doors looking out on the water. Access to the small beach and pool were excellent and we were close to several good restaurants (many of which Patti suggested, including some on the water) for take-out during the pandemic. Wifi was great and everything was very clean and as advertised. We generally fly for vacations and long weekends but had to stay closer to home this year and this was a perfect choice.

We really enjoyed staying at Lynn’s place! Very clean and had a great view of the ocean from the deck. Lynn was very responsive and made the experience seamless. We would definitely stay with Lynn again.

We had a wonderful girls weekend at Allana’s house by the sea! When we had a small incident with the keypad, Allana was quick to answer my call and resolve the issue no problem. Everything was clean and beautiful! We especially enjoyed the screened in porch in the back to enjoy our meals. The view from the master bedroom and deck is incredible! We highly recommend and will be back!

Dan is the most responsive host we've ever had. Usually we got a reply within minutes or even seconds. He happily got the hot tub heated up for us when we needed it and replenished our towels within an hour of our request. That hospitality made our stay so much better. The home is beautiful! It's right on the water, and features lots of luxurious tile, a huge patio, a little dock and lots of windows and open space from which to see it all. We especially loved the hot tub. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again if I'm ever on Long Island again.

Great and responsive host. Home was lovely and we felt welcome. Host responded quickly to questions and requests. The home was very peaceful and relaxing. We really enjoyed the outdoor patio and pool area. I would recommend for a peaceful time away from the city.

We had a wonderful time. The weather was perfect. The view of the water was everything and was accessible from nearly every room. The home was modern and easily accommodated our large group. Yet it was cozy and beautifully appointed with all the amenities you would ever want. It is ideal for children with every toy imaginable. There was a highchair and a pack and play for our toddler and child appropriate dishes. The kitchen was fully equipped and had 2 sinks, 2 dishwashers and 3 tables for dining. The beautiful pool and hot tub were in constant use. Mary is very thoughtful and assembled a ringed binder with important contacts and suggestions for dining, shopping and entertainment. Although there was no beach on the property there are nearby beaches. The towns of Guilford and (nearby) Madison are charming and well worth visiting. Mary was very accommodating and responded promptly to several inquiries.

There’s so much to love about this charming open plan beach cottage! We especially enjoyed the water views, hearing the birds, and eating on the breezy porch. It was sparkling clean and stocked with everything you’d need, from comfortable beds and towels to many thoughtful essentials like hand and dish soaps, tea and coffee pods, paper towels/toilet paper, and shampoo/conditioner. Eileen is a gracious and responsive host — she was particularly understanding when we had to reschedule our visit. Thank you for a wonderful stay, Eileen, and we hope to return!

We had a wonderful stay at Harbor House. The view of Napeague Harbor is gorgeous and the sunsets are just next level spectacular. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking in and the furnishings are very comfortable. The location is great halfway between Amagansett and Montaik. We have rented so many homes over the years, but Rod’s house is by far in the most gorgeous setting. We cannot wait to return.

As a native long islander I enjoy finding great properties I can bring my family to to take advantage of all long island has to offer. This was the DREAMIEST beach bungalow!! The bedroom with the two beds was just my favorite room especially since we visited off season. You cannot beat this location. I can't wait to book again during high season! Lovely gem, right in new haven, You get a beach built into the house, lovely sand. You get the peaceful surrounding and a great house with great amenities to enjoy like a firepit, a kids slide & swing and a barbeque. You get the ability to order in food from any variety of restaurant from new haven. You get a nice host that helps you all along the way All in all great choice for a relaxing walkaway.

We had a great time at the house. Grill was brand new and Anthony made sure it got set up right away and the propane connected. Beautiful property and location was perfect for wineries and town. Really appreciated the stay and would love to return. Anthony communicated every step of the way and answered all questions which didn’t go unnoticed.

We had a great stay at the Airbnb. One thing I haven’t seen mentioned in the reviews or descriptions is that this beach had tons of sea glass! In our short stay we found over 100 pieces and my 4 year old was absolutely delighted scouring the beach for it. There are also tide pools less than a five minute walk from the house. These two things made the stay quite magical for my kids. Otherwise the location is great and the house was very clean. I appreciated the bed on the first level having a trundle as well as a door at the top of the stairs for safety. The house is minimally decorated which is honestly a plus when you don’t have to worry about your kid breaking nicknacks on coffee tables. A few nice throw blankets and nicer glassware would have added to the stay though. Overall we were very happy with this property.

Loved our girls’ getaway on the North Fork! Mae’s house is the perfect spot with a quick walk to the beach and gorgeous views right from her backyard - even close drives to beautiful Southold, Mattituck, and Greenport. I will absolutely stay again!

I had an amazing stay at Linda’s home! The view is absolutely beautiful and the spacious house made for great relaxation. Amenities made it easy to feel right at home along with games to play and enjoy the space even more. Loved that there were 3 bathrooms as well! Perfect for our group of 6 and we will definitely be back!
