We've had a spectacular week. The house is beautiful, very comfortable and complete. It is very well equipped that makes you feel at home. It's really recommended. Luckily this week we passed it didn't get so hot and with the fans it offers, it's very good! Thank you very much for everything Surely we will repeat again.

great house where we were 8 friends doing the Valencia Marathon. Communication was top notch with Guadalupe. we enjoyed our stay!

The house is better than it seems in the pictures. We had a great few days with friends. Very good location for the greenway of Ojos Negros. Elisa was very helpful at all times. Highly recommended.

The house is great, just what's needed for a beach house. Raul is super nice and attentive. We felt right at home, and we will repeat whenever we go to Burriana (it was already the second time)

The house is very nice with shaded terrace and all the comforts you need. The cooler nights are very nice and make it possible to lower the temperature of the house. Access to the pool and sports fields is easy and sharing with neighbors goes very smoothly (we were often alone on weekdays). The environment, the mountains are perfect for taking walks of various difficulties. I would recommend Charo's place which is a very nice and available host. Thank you!

We were 3 couples with children and a couple of dogs. El lugar es ideal para mascotas. The house is very comfortable and has everything you need. The village is below, on the slope, but it is not far and nearby there is a stream, a children's playground and a beautiful hermitage that is reached on a walk. In the center of the village it is better to go by car, because it is on the slope, but very close there is a restaurant to have a drink or eat. Lluís and M. José were very attentive and we talked about repeating. Highly recommended.

The house and garden are perfect for spending time with friends and family. The kids had a great time playing and the whole place is really safe. It is an old house but everything is comfortable and well equipped.

The exceptional location, two or three minutes walk from the Mijares, the very large house, large garden, pool, the well-equipped house with everything you need. Very pleasant stay. We will definitely repeat.

A comfortable house to go with a group of friends with children. The pool is fenced (a success for families), children's play area, which although a little dated and in a regular state of maintenance, has been a very used space. Spacious rooms and kitchen equipped with the basics. We were very comfortable, thank you!

Had a super fun weekend with 14 friends, it was very well reserved and the host was very attentive and always helped us! We will definitely be back again!

Very nice chalet and great help by the host.A little quiet in the area for our group (7 lads) but would be ideal for a family or a different group looking for a quieter time . Overall though very good.

Peace of mind and soul - this describes best the whole package of experience we had at the amazing chalette and the 7 star hospitality of David. The first best thing of course was the chalette. You have everything you need to feel at home in the house - space, cleanliness, little details, full equiped kitchen. The garden is full of different trees and staying at the terrace you can relax by just BE there. At night you can feel the sea and sleep "like a baby" ! The beach was the second best thing in our vacation - clean , thin sand and very wide. David was really responsive and helped us with everything we needed. There are two bikes available, which was great as we didn't come by car. The cycling roads are perfect and we managed to see everything. The children room is very nice and cozy, there is a room for kids to play, toys. The garden is spacious, there is kids corner and kids section in the pool.The sea doesnt get deep in the water as you enter. We will come back for sure! :)

Our stay was amazing! The villa is beautiful and very well set up - everything we needed was there. Chris did a fantastic job - he was very responsive, flexible, helpful and made sure we had a great time. I can’t recommend it enough!

I had a lovely stay at Laura’s place. The house is exactly as described and the areas around Xilxes have many great things to explore. It was very peaceful and the communication with Laura was perfect. The house has an amazing ocean view and you could even hear the waves at night as it’s located directly on the beach front. The kitchen had everything you need and the WiFi was working good, also for working remotely. It was still cold somedays in April but the heating worked good. Laura gave many tips about things to do in the area. I can warmly recommend a stay at Lauras house to anyone! Thanks for the relaxing holiday.

Carlos' house was just great for us with our two children. The beach access makes it particularly attractive and the garden with (play)meadow was perfect for our needs. You have everything you need on vacation and we were really completely satisfied and will certainly come back!!!

My family and I had a wonderful stay at Alejandro’s beach house. The perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. Right across from the beach and a close walk to the little village. With Valencia about 30 minutes away for day trips. Alejandro made us feel at home and even brought us oranges from his mother’s garden. Fantastic.

Fantastic stay. Eli’s property is beautiful, and she was a fantastic host. Highly recommend visiting - local area was equally lovely and Eli’s recommendation of the local restaurant was fantastic!

A nice and quiet place to rest and spend time with the family, the beach is next door with a nice walk.

Everything was perfect. Juan Carlos was very attentive and quick with everything. The house is incredible, spacious, clean, comfortable, and in a good location. I recommend it 100%
