A dream house built by the artist and architect Antonio Padrón, architect inspired by the famous artist from Lanzarote, Cesar Manrique, situated on one of the most beautiful beaches of Fuerteventura. Surrounded by peaceful little bays, sand and the Atlantic Ocean, this beach house is an oasis for all those who love the sea and are looking for a holiday far away from mass tourism. The house is located right on Los Lagos beach. It is a charming and special house, with a beautiful organic architecture. It consists of an open dining room at the entrance, bathroom, kitchen and sleeping room with 2 beds on the first floor, and another double bedroom on the second floor, with a beautiful little balcony for relaxing moments watching the beach or reading... One of the nicest spot of this house is the dining area in the garden, built below the floor level! It offers privacy and lets you enjoy the peace of this place... The house works with a solar system for energy supply, so we will very much appreciate awareness of its consumption! About El Cotillo ……El Cotillo is a fisherman village on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. It offers beautiful and very different beaches on both sides of the village. The area around the old harbour is particularly pleasant with its restaurants, cafés and few shops. The village is very quiet and has fortunately not been “invaded” by mass tourism, as some other places in Fuerteventura. Having long walks on the sand, biking on small roads or hiking on volcanoes are some of the activities you can enjoy from here. El Cotillo offers all basic facilities (supermarket, shops, restaurants, bars,...) and is only 20 km away from more touristic places like Corralejo. Finally, please note that renting a car is the best option in order to visit the island and to come to this house! We look forward to welcoming you!

Villa Catarina en Playa Blanca - Montaña Roja

Espaciosa Villa en Playa Blanca, en el extremo sur de Lanzarote. Su situación excepcional en una esquina de la comunidad le otorga mucha tranquilidad al estar rodeada de espacios abiertos. Su orientación les brindara unas vistas sobre el oeste del océano atlántico con unas puestas de sol exclusivas. El jardín autóctono con piscina privada y climatizada y su comedor exterior con barbacoa les permitirá disfrutar de las estupendas tardes-noches que les ofrece el micro clima de nuestra querida isla.

Situado en el lado oeste de Playa Blanca, Villa Tamara es ideal para aquellos que no quieran alquilar un coche. Hay una selección de restaurantes, bares y un par de supermercados a 5 minutos a pie, y el hermoso paseo marítimo frente al mar, también está cerca. La parada de autobús se detiene a 5 min. de la villa; el autobús sale cada 30 min. 7 días a la semana y visita todos los lugares más notables de la ciudad. La villa cuenta con una terraza privada arriba donde está la habitación principal.

Our house is close to the sea, beaches and the bus stop, where you can catch the bus that takes you to Playa Blanca in 5 minutes. It is the perfect place for relaxing holidays for couples or families with kids, and a wonderful temperature also during winter. The outdoor patio is well protected against the wind. The house is fully equipped with TV, WiFi, barbecue, heated swimming pool, and furnished as comfortable as possible, as this is where we spend our holidays, when we come to Lanzarote.

The holiday home "Villa Tania" boasts an excellent location in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, and it is the perfect accommodation to enjoy a relaxed holiday by the sea. The 110 m² house consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a bar and a dishwasher, "3 bedrooms (one with a queensize bed, one with a double bed for 2 people and a single bed, one with a double bed), as well as 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 7 people.

This villa consists of 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, 2 bathrooms and spacious living room with open kitchen. It also has an outdoor dining area and large area that can serve as an indoor dining or working area. The exterior consists of chillout furniture, barbecue area, heated pool, sunbeds and jacuzzi. It has private outdoor parking.

Die Villa Bella besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einer Solana, eine großen Terrasse, einer Küche und einem Wohnzimmer. In dem Haushaltsraum befindet sich eine Waschmaschine. Es gibt einen grußen Smart-TV und hochwertiges Internet. Die Villa wurde in 2023 renoviert und befindet sich in einem excellenten Zustand. Man kann das Dach über eine Treppe betreten und hat von dort aus einen herrlichen Blick zum Meer.
