We recently celebrated my son's and my birthdays with a 3-day, 2-night stay at City on a Hill Private Villas, and it was truly magical! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the attentive staff, who made sure our celebration was extra special. The villa was stunning, with breathtaking views that created the perfect backdrop for our birthday getaway. The interior was beautifully designed, offering both luxury and comfort. The private pool was a highlight, providing us with endless fun and relaxation. The serene surroundings allowed us to unwind and enjoy quality time together, making this an unforgettable experience for both of us.

Superb place! Felt home right away when talked with “tita” at reception. PJ and the family are responsive and attended all our concerns. The team had a great time here and exceeded our expectation.

The view, the overall property location and the ever helpful caretakers really made our stay worthwhile. The view was indeed breath taking and relaxing and you have walkable cafes nearby. We encountered some hiccups on our rented van and the caretakers gladly lended a hand to help us which our family really appreciated.

I had a wonderful stay at Camille's place! She is very approachable and quick to respond to any inquiries, making the booking process and stay seamless. The space itself is incredibly relaxing, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. Highly recommend staying here!

Enjoyed our stay!

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed the place with everything it had to offer. It was exactly as the photos showed and we were shocked at how well-maintained the place was. We were able to play boardgames and just the arcade which was extremely fun. At night we were able to also use the kitchen supplies and they all worked perfectly. We had the best time!

Me and my friends definitely had a great time staying here. Although we find it quite expensive for to be honest as the place needs some fixing like the water pressure was too weak; and the aircon pressure on one room was really poor even it’s on its lowest temperature. But overall, we had fun, location is awesome, and near to a lot of establishments like groceries, cafe, hospital, etc. Thanks!

If you’re looking to unwind and reconnect with nature, this resort is the perfect escape. The views are absolutely stunning— the air is fresh, the ambiance is serene, and it’s the kind of place where you can finally breathe and slow down. A must-visit for nature lovers and anyone needing a true break from the city noise. Also, kuyas were really accommodating and literally one call away when we needed help or something to buy despite having to climb up and down 148 steps just to get to the main villa. Great job!

Clean, well maintained place. We like that it has so many spots and nooks to take really nice photos. Interior design and decors are great. Property has lots of sitting areas for bonding and relaxation. Pool is very clean. Staff are courteous and helpful. More than enough parking space for our big group - we had 8 cars. Rooms and washrooms are clean. Towels provided are clean and soft. Toiletries also provided. Well stocked kitchen, food and drinks come at additional charge. We availed of their brunch and we enjoyed the avocado toast and dragonfruit cheesecake the most! We also availed of the SPA services. Massage was good. Place has a security guard.

Great place if you want a huge space and homey vibe. Beds are enough for a lot of people. I’ve read a lot of reviews saying the place has not been maintained, but for an old house I would say it’s pretty decent and actually nice. So glad that the host was very accommodating - they let me visit the place and see it for myself before actually booking in the app. Just had a bit of trouble with security since it’s inside AFPOVAI with lots of entrance gates, but later on we discovered that there are alternative gate/s that are more accessible. Lastly, just like what most of the reviews said — the ate’s were great and very dependable during the stay. It’s just a bit hard to contact them remotely but during the stay I don’t have any complaints.

Villa Bautista 2 exceeded our expectations. From the moment we arrived they welcomed us with warmth and helpfulness (we had a big van and tons of luggage!). The first thing that struck us was how much space we had (3 levels), how tasteful and stylish the decor was and the expansive views of the rice fields and mountains in the distance. It was great to watch the sunset from the pool. I recommend their Pinoy breakfasts which were varied and excellent. I wish we would’ve arranged for dinners as well. Malin and staff go above and beyond for your comfort and enjoyment. The massages were pure bliss.

This is a beautiful villa, our group loved it. The rooms are nice and beautifully decorated, there are plants everywhere, nice dining area, and a beautiful pool. The host Jo was very responsive and helpful, she even took us grocery shopping once and she arranged for a van to pick us up from Manila (otherwise it's a pretty small village that's not easy to get to, you can't use grab from Manila, you need to book a private taxi service). Note that they have a full restaurant and bar service (you don't have to use the restaurant but you can, which is convenient). We used it for some of our meals, it was nice (though on the pricier end compared to local restaurants, so we also got some food delivery). We also had a massage there, which you can book, and which I definitely recommend (also more expensive than in many places, but the quality of the massage was great, so I recommend it). Overall, this is a beautiful villa, with great amenities and a helpful host!

This resort was a phenomenal stay. Chloey was extremely responsive with the details and my specific needs for the dates of the stay which was flexible. When we arrived, the place was gorgeous similar to the pictures of the listing. There was plenty of space for gatherings and kitchens to cook in. More than enough rooms to sleep in and a gigantic pool for water activities. On top of all this, Chloey’s staff was extremely helpful with all our needs. Thank you everyone!

Our family celebrated my father's 80th birthday at Mi Terraza. We enjoyed every minute of our stay there, & even extended our time for a few more hours. Highly recommended place, very peaceful. Perfect for intimate celebrations. We had so much fun staying at the place.

Enjoyed our stay here for our team building, we are 15 pax. Malinis, maganda, and malaki ang place. We have enough space para magpalaro. The pool looks small in the picture but enough naman sya if di naman maghapon magbababad, also malalim din sya. Rooms are enough for us, may sofas pa, di rin naman kami sabay mga natulog. Sobrang gamit yung billiard sa taas and the view is giving. Gamit na gamit din yung karaoke. Kitchen is so good, we have everything we needed. It was nice to out outside since may long table and extra chairs good for 15 pax. We had bonfire outside, it was fun naman, great experience. The caretaker is kind and one call away for our needs. All in all, great experience. Definitely recommended!

We had an amazing stay! The villa was spotless and comfortable. We felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Very relaxing and clean. They are pet friendly too!

The place is very nice, comfortable and accessible.. The beddings are clean.. The pool water is very pleasant to swim in, it doesn’t sting the eyes, no strong smell.. The couch in Villa 1 could use an upgrade.. They don’t have a stove yet but they improvised 2 butane stove at the bar outside,, it just rained almost our whole stay, so we need to bring the food from the bar to the villa with umbrella but the staff are super helpful and nice.. They assisted us in everything we need.. Will definitely go back.. Thanks a lot to the owners!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Casa Katipunan! The place is cozy yet elegant, beautifully designed, and impressively spacious. Every corner is thoughtfully decorated—perfectly stunning and undeniably aesthetic. The breakfast they served was delicious and a great way to start our mornings. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back!

Host is very responsive and had so much fun

Jardin de Marina felt so homey. The place looks like the one in the pictures. We booked the place because my A’tin friends and I wanted a place where we could bond a day before the concert of SB19 in Philippine Arena and at the same time a place for us to stay during the two days concert. It’s very convenient cause the place is near PA and just in case it will be difficult to bring a car, there are also tricycles that pass by which you can take going and coming back and the caretaker Kuya Choi) drives one too so you can also contact him if needed. The place is generally clean. It has almost all the essentials except they don’t have bath towels so we had to bring our own, but it was okay. You can also order via grab/foodpanda in case you did not bring foods to eat/cook. A con maybe is there’s no individual keys for the rooms and place (but Kuya Choi lives just across the place so he can watch over the place while you’re away) Overall it was still a good stay! Willing to book again😊
