The studio is well placed, enough to go out, eat just a few steps away. Instructions for accessing the home are clear. Attention: access, base front door. Convenient furniture, well laid out studio, comfortable. Very good communication. I recommend it for short stays.

The stay at Guillaume's was impeccable , he is responsive and finds solutions whatever the inconveniences posed. The accommodation is very clean and is close to beautiful restaurants, shops and the city center of Nantes in general . This is a beautiful place to discover all the city of Nantes as well as its city center. I will not hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises .

We had a great time. Very nice house, modern , clean, functional, very well-equipped. It's all about walking or cycling. All nearby amenities. Close to the sea and the city center. Quiet neighborhood. Host: Miguel , very attentive, responsive and caring . We'll be back next year. I would highly recommend it

Nathalie allowed us to arrive a little earlier. We appreciated not being absolutely dependent on absolutely imposed schedules. We were with our 3 children and their spouses, everyone enjoyed this moment of relaxation (well heated and sheltered pool with the hot tub right next door. Thank you Nathalie and happy hosting. A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Very well hosted and guide for a late check-in. The cleanliness is impeccable. We had a very nice stay Too bad the residence is a little far from the big cities like Saint Jean de Mont where our Lady of Mount
