An amazing creatively restored 80 sq m open room in a medieval barn, above the owners inspirational sculpture / textile sudios. Solid oak floors, original timbers with a private shower room downstairs. Set in a floral garden with over 200 plant varieties, described as "a bubble of paradise" in a tiny hamlet just 10 minutes from Terrasson/A89. For extra a real Scottish homemade"girdle pancake" breakfast, under the marquee, served on ceramics made on the premises. A unique artistic experience.

Welcome to “L’Annicha”, our home in the picturesque Quercy region of France where you will get away from the hectic day-to-day in a serene and authentic setting. The Loft (*** 64 m2 apartment for 2 people) is on the first floor of the barn with a mesmerising view of the valley in front. It has been newly renovated and is very spacious thanks to its lofty concept. In a village house dating from the end of the 18th century, charming small independent suite opening onto an enclosed garden facing the Garonne River. Breakfasts are included and served to you.
