Everything was şerfect and the host responded every time without any delay !Highly recommended !

One of the best vacation we had. We were 5 people (two families). The description of the apartment was accurate. George was very cooperative and helpful, and responded to all our messages in a short time. Check-out was very flexible (in view of the availability). The apartment has 3 nice bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with a barh and one with a shower). There are 2 floors, each has a big balcony, right against the sea view. Location is the best and the beach is mostly welcoming, as well as the side restaurants-bars. One should note there are some 10 stairs from the street to the front door, and 30 more to the first floor of the apartment, but it worth every one of them. Parking may be a problem, but usually, by evening time, we have found a place. There are a few near supermarkets and other stores, and the place is a good spot to stardaily tours around the island. We will certainly come back.

We had great time during 5 days thanks to the hosts of this house. They supplied us all that we need as additional equipment and they even offer us to come with us to the hospital when our baby had an minor accident. The house is so authentic and has a great design with it's big garden and veranda. You have plenty of choices for beaches and restaurants in 15mins by car.

After staying a few days in Chios town we were looking to get to a beach village for a few days and we picked a perfect place. First off, this apartment is run by the loveliest family. Christos and his daughter responded to all our questions right away and went above and beyond. It was a pleasure to meet the family when we arrived, they were always so friendly, kind and helpful. We needed to get some work done while there so we were concerned about the internet and they did speed tests for us before we booked (it's not the fastest but should be adequate for anyone doing basic things - we were able to get by with the wifi and tethering our cell phones when needed). The location is perfect. Just steps from the beach and restaurants. The apartment itself is well stocked with everything you could need with thoughtful touches like extra blankets/pillows. We would happily go back again and would recommend it to anyone going to Chios.

We were super satisfied. Everyone was totally friendly and always helpful. The location right on the water with the great terrace was just the right thing to unwind. The small misunderstanding that there were not 2 beds but 1 bed with 2 sleeping places was responded to immediately and easily. Of course, it was also my mistake, since my attention was more focused on the beautiful location in the photos. In addition, there is really a lot to discover on the island of Chios. A really great vacation that was really fun. Thank you very much for that

What an amazing stay! Everything was better than I imagined. Quite well desinged house in the middle of a nice, cosy Greek village. You’ll reach every major site within 15 minutes. Only downside is wifi was a bit slow.

We thoroughly enjoyed our short stay in Isidoros’ lovely house in Armolia. As shown in the pictures, the house is a beautifully restored and decorated stone house, with a fully stocked modern kitchen and a very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Beyond the house itself, highlights of this property are: 1) its location in the charming little town of Armolia, which is centrally located for accessing popular sights of the south (e.g. the towns of Pyrgi and Mesta, Mavra Volia beach, the Masticha museum etc.) and features a couple of great local restaurants, and 2) the host, Isidoros, who is extremely prompt and polite in all communications, and goes out of his way to be helpful—from leaving kind welcoming gifts, to accommodating last-minute changes when our scheduled ferry got cancelled. We’re looking forward to our next visit!

Excellent across every metric. My family and I came for the Rocket Festival. The host had such amazing suggestions and insights we had to book the house. Her great-grandfathers Stonehouse is incredible we loved it. We loved the area and the island. Don't hesitate to book!
