The apartment is private, but the common areas are shared with the hosts, it has a balcony with a panoramic view of Turin and the Alps. It is designed in typical Italian style, equipped with a wooden and stone kitchen, a large living room with fireplace and two bedrooms. It is conveniently located near the highway and is perfect for a relaxing vacation.

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. Inside, it has a dining area with an equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms with a double bed, all with an internal bathroom. Outside, our guests can relax in the private garden and will have a swimming pool (10x4 meters) at their disposal.
