Welcome to our late 19th-century farmhouse, "Monferrato Country House Basin d'Amor", where we can share our passion for this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage site. Our house is located 10 minutes from the centre of Asti, 30 minutes from Alba, Roero and Langhe, 30 minutes from Turin, and 40 minutes from Barolo. You are surrounded by greenery but only ten minutes from the Asti-Est motorway exit. Located between Asti and Moncalvo, it is an ideal spot. Relax and recharge in this oasis of tranquillity and elegance.

Casa Verrua

Casa Verrua offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room and kitchen, a relaxation area, a swimming pool, a parking space, and a pay-per-use electric vehicle charging station. The swimming pool is shared with our other two properties, Casa Clementina and Belavista. The rooms overlook two large terraces where you can sunbathe and use the hot tub. The building is protected by a mosquito control system. Casa Verrua is close to fascinating cities such as Asti, Alba, Turin, Milan and Genoa.

The living room overlooks the blue horizon with Netflix and a fully equipped kitchen, while the bedrooms offer silence and comfort. Air-conditioned apartment with Wi-Fi, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Outside, panoramic terrace with Jacuzzi and dining area between sea and sky. Private garage included. PEIRAGAL – new, in the historical centre

In the heart of La Morra, in a building of the '700 recently restored, with characteristic wooden beamed ceilings, the accommodation is organized on two floors. Combined in rustic style with modern furnishings, it includes a kitchen; large living area with a table for 8 people, a sofa bed; living room with TV and sofas on the upper level. Three bedrooms with queen beds, plus a baby bed. The apartment is completed by three full bathrooms with shower and access to the balconies.

A secret corner among the hills of the Langhe, where the green embraces every detail: two cozy apartments (for 8 and 4 people), a panoramic swimming pool with one of the best views in the region, and the discreet but attentive presence of my family, in the building next door. The Tana house is a delightful country house, nestled in the green hills of the Alto Monferrato (UNESCO World Heritage), between the valleys of the White Truffle, just minutes from Acqui Terme, ideal for family holidays and for relaxing holidays full of good food and wine in the area. It has two separate and fenced gardens, with private swimming pool, all for the exclusive use of guests and is surrounded by fields, vegetable gardens, woods and vineyards.

The accommodation is on the first floor of the house, with independent entrance and garden. We are at few minutes from Alba, Bra, Barolo, La Morra, Neive, Barbaresco and the main points of interest in Langhe and Roero. Moreover we are 45 minutes from the city of Turin, which can therefore be visited in one day.
