The cottage is close to tourist sites, Belcastel, Sauveterre de Rouergue, Conques, 1/4 hour from Rodez, 35 minutes from Albi and 1 hour from Millau. A 5-minute drive to "Lac de Lenne", with the possibility of hiking, swimming, picnicking and various activities. Enjoy the calm and space with its large plot and large furnished terrace. In front of the gîte is a playground for children and a bowling alley.

The independent chalet is located on our 7000 m² plot of land adjoining our house.

La Belle Hélène, in the heart of the charming little village of Souel, is an old house, in white stone which in the 19th century was the village bistro. On the ground floor, you will find a large Louis XIII dining room with a fireplace, a small TV lounge, the kitchen and a bathroom with toilet. The wooden staircase will take you to the 2 bedrooms; Hélène's room (1 bed of 140) And a 140 cm sofa bed Aline's room (1 bed of 140)
