Holiday rentals with beach access in Mondello Beach

A wonderful stay in terrasini. This place is perfect to enjoy the town, easily get to the beach and everything you need to feel right at home including two wonderful balconies ( great spot for doing some work, eating or enjoying the sea views ) . After staying for 14 days we decided to extend our stay as it was just bliss. Margherita also offered a taxi service to the airport making life very easy. Margherita is an amazing host, very welcoming and responsive and easygoing. We loved our stay!!

The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

Francesco et sa femme ont été adorables, très accueillants et discrets. Le logement est situé à un emplacement idéal sur la magnifique plage de Mondello. Tout est accessible à pied ou en bus, Palerme se trouvant à 15 minutes. Francesco et sa femme nous ont offert une visite guidée de la ville. Nous recommandons chaudement ce logement !

Die Zeit bei Stefania war wunderbar. In Mondello hat uns alles erwartet, was wir uns gewünscht haben. Das Wetter war toll und wir konnten baden, sehr gut essen und auch wandern und Sightseeing war möglich. Palermo ist mit dem Bus unkompliziert und sehr regelmäßig zu erreichen. Nach gut drei Stunden Fahrt waren wir am Etna. Eine rundum gelungene Woche.

El sitio es tal y como luce en las fotos. Un enclave de ensueño en la mejor localización para vivirlo.

Anna went above expectations to provide transportation, suggest places to eat, orient us to the house and providing breakfast! I hope to stay here again for much longer than one night! Terrasini is a picturesque village.

We had the most wonderful stay at Valeria’s home. It is located at a beautiful location and the house itself was marvellous! Valeria welcomed us very hospitable and showed us around. She also told us the best placed to have dinner and visit. We actually felt like we were part of a Sicilian family. I would recommend everyone to stay there. Will probably return myself one day

wir wurden herzlich begrüßt :) Super Ausblick auf beiden Seiten. Der Blick auf das Meer und den Berg ist wunderschön. Wohnung hat alles was man braucht. wir kommen gerne wieder.

A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

Roberto est un hôte très accueillant, il est très réactif et nous a donné de très bonnes recommandations dans le coin. Il nous a même apporté le petit déjeuner par deux fois. La maison a une vue imprenable sur la mer avec un accès privatif sans espace de sable pour se poser mais avec une petite terrasse bétonnée. Nous avons également bien profité de la terrasse extérieure qui est à l abri du vent et où nous avons passé de très agréables soirées. Nous avons passé une bonne semaine en Sicile et la localisation très proche de l aéroport (15 min) était un plus. Les villes de Trapani, Palerme, Mondello, Segeste sont facilement accessibles à moins d 1h et Cefalu à 1h20.

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde an sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wurden persönlich sehr freundlich begrüßt. Unser Auto konnte auf dem Hausgrundstück geparkt werden. Die Ferienwohnung beziehungsweise Suite hat uns ganz besonders gut gefallen. Auf einer Dachterrasse darüber konnten wir sehr schön und gemütlich verweilen. Wenn wir noch mal nach Palermo kommen, werden wir gerne bei euch noch einmal anfragen. Vielen Dank für alles.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. Definitely need a car, but it was a great home base for touring there area. House was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. We loved the garden area! There is not much to do in the immediate area, but a 15-30 min drive can offer all you need. My only critique is the pillows were not comfortable.

L’hôte était très disponible par téléphone et arrangeante. L’emplacement est pratique avec la plage accessible à pieds (plage très fréquentée par les jeunes, très belle mer, mais pas mal de déchets sur la plage et des vendeurs fréquents). Possibilité de se garer juste en face de la villa dans la rue (en avril en tous cas). Il s’agit d’une grande et belle villa séparée en deux : une partie pour le air bnb et l’autre pour les propriétaires avec une entrée indépendante. Il faut savoir que la pièce de vie principale est la véranda. La propreté des lieux et le linge de maison fournis étaient irréprochables. Merci pour tout Giada et Dominico!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

Die Unterkunft war wirklich toll! Nur in dem kleinen Schlafzimmer war es einfach zu stickig, weil es dort keine Klimaanlage gab, und das Fenster zu öffnen, wäre zu laut gewesen in der Nacht. Aber ansonsten eine sehr schöne, geräumige Unterkunft, mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die 2 Terassen waren auch toll! Zum Urlaubsort an sich (Aspra) muss man sagen, dass man ohne Auto leider nur schlecht weg kommt (es gibt aber ein paar mal am Tag einen kostenlosen shuttle) und dort wenig zu tun ist. Der Strand ist sehr nah an der Unterkunft. Er ist nicht besonders schön, aber tut seinen Zweck. Ich würde viele Tagesausflüge empfehlen, ansonsten ist es ein guter Ort für einen Detox! :)

Une des meilleures si ce n’est LA meilleure location que j’ai faite sur AIR BNB. Leti a vraiment été super accueillante et très utiles dans ses conseils et ses propositions de services annexes (transport aéroport, bagages, etc.) L’appartement est idéalement situé en front de mer dans le Mondello historique dans un coin très calme. Il est vraiment spacieux et fonctionnel et très bien orienté (le soleil le matin sur le balcon, c’est le rêve) avec une vue sur la baie 😍. Si je reviens à Mondello, c’est sur je rappelle Leti !

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Le logement est très spacieux ! La vue sur le balcon est incroyable surtout au moment du coucher du soleil ! L'hôte est de très bon conseil pour les visites et commerces. Très bonne adresse !

Mondello was a nice beach town, straight forward to take a bus to the city if you want to see Palermo. Enrico and Nicoletta had lots of suggestions of things to do and see, very nice and responsive hosts. The apartment had everything thing it advertised. The balcony was excellent and inside was very comfortable. They provided some small snacks and coffee. Nothing to complain about from us!

Great location with the parking slot. Very clean and well equipped apartment. Walking distance to the city centre.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts are truly kind and welcoming people. Her husband was especially helpful in guiding us around the area and recommending great spots to visit — it made a big difference in our experience. They even offered us a ride to the airport, which we deeply appreciated. The place itself was fantastic: very clean, pristine, and exactly as described. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Also, their dogs are adorable! One small suggestion would be to add a filter or a way to manage water in the washroom, as it can get quite wet with no easy way to dry it. But overall, everything was really great, and we would absolutely recommend staying here!

Alle geweldige recensies kloppen, dit is echt een geweldig appartement. Het zwembad en bovendek zijn fantastisch, dat vind je nergens. De rest van het appartement is ook prima in orde inclusief een goed bed. Vriendelijke mensen die snel voor je klaar staan maken dit alles compleet. Aanrader!
