House holiday rentals in Mondello Beach

My boyfriend and I had a super vacation at this home! Cozy place and the small terrace were lovely and with beautiful views of the mountain and sea. There was a bit of loud music by the pool during the day which was a bit disturbing, but the beach is close and was lovely as a change. Ernesto is super sweet and helpful and picked us up and took us to and from the airport. In addition, he made recommendations for great experiences in Palermo city center - it's easy to get in there by bus from Mondello and we especially enjoyed it at night when the weather was “cool enough” to experience things; -) We were overall very satisfied! Highly recommended 🤗

We greatly enjoyed the house, the beautiful garden and of course the swimming pool. The Italian weather was a nice gift for us in April. The owners are extremely friendly. Everything was as described in the listing. I'd recommend to everyone. Extra tip: We sailed with a motorboat via Makari Boat rental in Castellamare del Golfo. Very cool to do. Spacious vila with great outdoor space and good privacy. We stayed with our family with young kids and besides the pool there was plenty of entertainment for them. We loved the involvement of host Rosario. Very involved during our visit and made sure we had everything we needed. A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

Marina’s place was amazing! But it’s what she put into it that really made it a 5-star AirBnB. A pile of oranges from her ranch, a beer in the fridge, coffee, bread for making toast with her homemade mandarin jam and much more! Not only did I find soap, shampoo, and towels in the bathroom, but a robe and slippers as well! And she was so helpful and quick to respond to my messages. The bed was so comfortable. The cottage was small, cozy, and perfect for my 4-day trip. I hope to have the opportunity to rent her place again!

We spent a week here and will definitely book again when we return to Mondello. The apartment was clean and had the essentials we needed. Location is prime - super close to the beach - what more could you ask for?

We had a lovely stay at Marilena and Francesco's and we recommend it without a second thought. They were very discreet while remaining available if we needed them and flexible on our check-in and check-out times. The apartment is very well equipped, you will find everything you need there. Walking distance to the beach in 10-15 min. We didn't know exactly where we were going, but we were very pleasantly surprised by Mondello which is close to Palermo and much quieter. Note that there are a few dogs in the area. Recommended!

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

The stay with Dario, was our last apartment in Sicily. The location is perfect to visit Palermo, Monreale and Mondello beach. The apartment is new and wonderfully large. There were two of us, but there are two bedrooms and two bathrooms so very suitable for four people. In addition to the apartment being beautiful, the most important thing to say is: the tremendous hospitality of Dario and his wife. Upon arrival, there were brioche ready for us, halfway through we got a nice wine from the region and at our farewell delicious sandwiches for breakfast….. and it's not even about what we got, it's much more about the kindness and the willingness to help, give tips and advice. Dario was WONDERFUL and felt familiar like we were friends. I can write much more beautiful and good, e.g. about how neat and clean and new it was... but I would say: experience it for yourself. we had great time at Giovanni's. his son and him were extremely friendly and we were well hosted. the house is a bit old but functional and if you need something, they will answer immediately at your request! the house was extremely cleaned and the position in frontoof the beautiful beach is amazing!

We had a wonderful stay here! One of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. The host was incredible and very attentive, the location was perfect, the house was adorable, and the kitchen was full of everything we needed (oil, salt, pepper, the basics). If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!

Beautiful hosts who were so helpful. The villa was beautiful and felt so authentically Sicilian. Very comfortable, roomy and clean. Decorated beautifully with gorgeous art everywhere.

We were greeted by Giada’s father, who made the check in and check out process easy. Giada was always reachable by phone. The place is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, although there are many vendors. We rented a car, so the location was convenient for what we wanted to see. I would recommend this place.

The house was new and very clean and tidy and very well equipped. The bed was very comfortable and all the rooms had mosquito netting. Tizana and her husband were there to greet us which was really great. the description was correct the only minus was the beach. We would certainly stay here again.

Such a wonderful stay in Santa Flavia! The perfect place to be if you want to not only relax, but also visiting places along the coast like Cefalu and Palermo. The creek behind the accommodation splendid. So much seafood in the area, and a fantastic restaurant only 5 minutes from the accommodation. Filippa, a lovely, generous lady who hosted the accommodation, was both very informative and extremely helpful. We highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you Filippa!

The stay in Claudio and Giuliana's apartment was great. The house is in a quiet street, but close to the liveliness of Piazza Magione and almost everything is within walking distance. It has the luxury of a beautiful roof terrace, and an outdoor kitchen! There are two great bedrooms and the living room is small but nice. It is nice that there are several possibilities in the house: the living room is cool and dark for hot days, and the roof terrace is wonderful for when the sun is not too hot. In short: recommended!
