Holiday rentals with beach access in Mondello Beach

A wonderful stay in terrasini. This place is perfect to enjoy the town, easily get to the beach and everything you need to feel right at home including two wonderful balconies ( great spot for doing some work, eating or enjoying the sea views ) . After staying for 14 days we decided to extend our stay as it was just bliss. Margherita also offered a taxi service to the airport making life very easy. Margherita is an amazing host, very welcoming and responsive and easygoing. We loved our stay!!

The house is amazing. So clean, modern and stylish. High spec kitchen and bathroom and spotlessly clean. Comfortable bed. Wonderful, sunny roof terrace and about a 20 minute walk to the beach. A choice of restaurants nearby and on the way to the beach. Handy for the airport and Salvatore drove us there to catch our flight. I don’t think there is WiFi.

Francesco and his wife were adorable, very welcoming and discreet. The accommodation is located in a perfect location on the beautiful Mondello beach. Everything is accessible on foot or by bus, with Palermo 15 minutes away. Francesco and his wife gave us a guided tour of the city. We warmly recommend this listing!

Stefania was an incredible host!! She gave us many recommendations for local restaurants to get the authentic Palermo experience! The beaches nearby were gorgeous. Well worth what we paid, Mondello is a beautiful area. We felt right at home! I wish we could have stayed longer.

The site is exactly as shown in the photos. A dream enclave in the best location to live it.

Anna went above expectations to provide transportation, suggest places to eat, orient us to the house and providing breakfast! I hope to stay here again for much longer than one night! Terrasini is a picturesque village.

We had the most wonderful stay at Valeria’s home. It is located at a beautiful location and the house itself was marvellous! Valeria welcomed us very hospitable and showed us around. She also told us the best placed to have dinner and visit. We actually felt like we were part of a Sicilian family. I would recommend everyone to stay there. Will probably return myself one day

Fantastic place for a trip to Palermo. Sitting outside looking over the beach was so lovely. Parking on the street in the evening was easy.

A charming retreate getway from busy city life. If I were a writer I would most likely create a master peace whilst staying at Villa Sperling. The accommodation is a great getaway with a magnificent view from the terrace of Santa Flavia and Sicily and is only 17 kilometres east of the capital Palermo. Note you will need a car to get you around. The garden is wonderful idyllic and peacfull with fresh fruits, Oranges, Lemons and Grapefruit. Overall we had a wonderful stay whilst cooking Sicilian food speciality’s with accompanying wines from the region. If I were to add a negative connotation it would be that the coffee stove top moka coffee pot was to small. The kitchen could benafit from a coffee machine, apart from this the flat is very well equipped and has all the creature comforts of home.

Roberto is a very welcoming host, he is very responsive and gave us some great recommendations in the area. He even brought us breakfast twice. The house has an unobstructed view of the sea with private access without sand space to settle in but with a small concrete terrace. We also enjoyed the outdoor terrace which is sheltered from the wind and where we spent very pleasant evenings. We had a good week in Sicily and the location very close to the airport (15 min) was a plus. The cities of Trapani, Palermo, Mondello, Segeste are easily accessible within 1 hour and Cefalu at 1h20.

We felt very comfortable from the first second. We were greeted in a very friendly manner. Our car could be parked on the house premises. We particularly liked the apartment or suite. We were able to stay very nicely and cozily on a roof terrace above it. If we come back to Palermo, we will gladly ask you again. Thank you for everything.

We had a wonderful stay at Alessandro’s place. Definitely need a car, but it was a great home base for touring there area. House was very clean and a good size for our family of 5. We loved the garden area! There is not much to do in the immediate area, but a 15-30 min drive can offer all you need. My only critique is the pillows were not comfortable.

We were greeted by Giada’s father, who made the check in and check out process easy. Giada was always reachable by phone. The place is very spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beach nearby is beautiful, although there are many vendors. We rented a car, so the location was convenient for what we wanted to see. I would recommend this place.

Gabriele’s place is great to relax and explore the surrounding part of Sicily. I’ll definitely recommend a car to get around and do the shopping but essentials such as ice cream and a bakery are in walking distance. The place fits 7-8 people easily and all the essentials are there. Gabriele is a great host, kind and super responsive! Definitely would come back.

The place was really great! Only in the small bedroom it was just too stuffy because there was no air conditioning there, and opening the window would have been too loud at night. But otherwise a very nice, spacious place, equipped with everything you need. The 2 terraces were also great! As for the resort itself (Aspra), it must be said that it is unfortunately difficult to get around without a car (but there is a free shuttle a few times a day) and there is little to do there. The beach is very close to the property. It's not particularly nice, but it serves its purpose. I would recommend many day trips, otherwise it is a good place for a detox! :)

Leti was responsive and efficient from the moment we booked our stay. She organised a taxi from the airport and he was waiting for us. We had a couple of questions and she replied promptly. The view was wonderful and encompassed the whole of the bay and there was always something to see/going on. It could get a little noisy at night as the locals dined out exceptionally late -the restaurant was still receiving guests at 11pm! Thank you Leti

Place of Michelle and Doriana was cozy and in a great location with calm neighbourhood and beautiful view with the terrace. Everything looks as described and the recommendations were really helpful. Not sure really what negative we can see about it.

Spacious and cozy. Proximity to airport was not audible at all. Super clean, all was working as it should.

Mondello was a nice beach town, straight forward to take a bus to the city if you want to see Palermo. Enrico and Nicoletta had lots of suggestions of things to do and see, very nice and responsive hosts. The apartment had everything thing it advertised. The balcony was excellent and inside was very comfortable. They provided some small snacks and coffee. Nothing to complain about from us!

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts are truly kind and welcoming people. Her husband was especially helpful in guiding us around the area and recommending great spots to visit — it made a big difference in our experience. They even offered us a ride to the airport, which we deeply appreciated. The place itself was fantastic: very clean, pristine, and exactly as described. We felt comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Also, their dogs are adorable! One small suggestion would be to add a filter or a way to manage water in the washroom, as it can get quite wet with no easy way to dry it. But overall, everything was really great, and we would absolutely recommend staying here!
