Our cottage has been sympathetically renovated and is a uniquely individual space retaining a wealth of originality, blended perfectly with a contemporary feel. We can welcome 6, with two double bedrooms and a large double sofa-bed in the galleried landing area. A spacious living area leads to a quiet outdoor patio with rural views. The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Outbuilding: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower (handicap standards) 2400 m2 plot (possibility of 8 beds in double beds), plus 1 90 cm bed and 1 umbrella bed. The garden is shared with us My place is close to Puy du Fou, Futuroscope, Center Parc... You'll love my place because of the outdoors, the ambiance, and the location. Small independent house located in the heart of the village, in a property with a garden of 3 ha and a park of 7 ha, close to our house (former priory listed as a historical monument) and 300 m from the center of the village. Free access to the pool, park and garden brings distractions, calm, serenity... Nearest town: Pouzauges 7 km away Attractions: Réaumur Science Museum (50 meters away), Puy du Fou 25 km away… and a multitude of attractions within 50 km.

Great for quiet stays with family or friends, our accommodation is located 15 minutes from Puy du Fou to welcome you in the countryside in a village of 4 houses and 5 minutes from the Sèvre Nantaise to take nice walks on foot or by canoe. 1 hour drive, the sea, the Poitevin marsh and its Green Venice, the Doué-la-Fontaine Zoo, the troglodyte caves and the banks of the Loire allow you to discover the region. The indoor heated pool is at your disposal.
