Landhaus Birka - a family dream

Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Our half-timbered house is located directly at the Zecherin harbor. We, Martina and Enrico live on the ground floor. Under the thatched roof, with a wonderful view of the Peenestrom, we have set up a cosy holiday apartment for our guests. A small pretty garden awaits you outside the door. Few steps away, Enrico's harbor. Originally used by fishermen, it now attracts anglers and nature lovers. **From June to October only possible on Saturday **

FeWo Ostseeglück in Karlshagen, Usedom Island

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.

From the simple, restrained cottage of 50 sqm, it is only a few metres to the natural beach. Bike rides along the Baltic Sea, kitesurfing in the shallow waters or hikes through the beech forest, there is plenty to discover here.

Shopping facilities are available nearby (supermarket with bakery , fish cart and meat counter). Apartment is located on the 1st floor of the property . The ground floor apartment is inhabited. Wallbox is available.

Our apartments are located on a south-west facing, over 1,000 sqm fenced garden property. The two half-timbered houses, modern and cozy, are located on a quiet residential street (dead end). The spacious garden, each with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed, is available for all guests.
