Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Mölschow

We visited Greifswald for a few days over Easter and stayed with Sigrid and Wolfgang. The apartment is large and spacious, there is everything you need. The sofa bed sleeps excellently, the conservatory and balcony are a dream. All in all great! The landlords live in the house, are warm and reserved, but easily accessible if needed. We felt very comfortable and welcome and will be happy to come back!

The apartment is well furnished and is just on the beach promenade. An underground parking space and beach chair are included. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

We were in the dune house for the second time and enjoyed our stay very much this time. The hosts are extremely friendly and eager, very quick in communication and proactive when there is a problem (we had no hot water in the bathroom for two days and we were proactively offered a price reduction). Great location, great view and when the construction site behind the house is finished, the perfect accommodation in Binz.

Ideal accommodation for those seeking peace and quiet. Away from the hustle and bustle, very close to two beach accesses, which can be reached on foot. Next to meadows with many bunnies. Also ideally located with a dog! In May, we were almost alone on the beach and could enjoy the sound of the waves. Restaurants within walking distance. Excellent amenities in the apartment! We were completely satisfied and enjoyed the afternoon sun on the balcony.

Eva's apartment is very clean and friendly, the electrical appliances in the kitchen are high quality, the dishes and cutlery are sufficient. The furnishings of the accommodation are fine and you can also sit in the garden as well as in the beach chair, which is not far from the accommodation. We felt very comfortable and would be happy to come back.

The apartment is very cozy and nicely decorated and is located in a quiet location. There was nothing to complain about in terms of cleanliness. It's also great that there's a lot of basic equipment in the kitchen. Inquiries were responded to quickly and in a friendly manner. However, there is a small point that should be mentioned: The apartment is quite bright and the beach access is a walk of about 10 minutes (at least at our walking speed😀)

We felt completely comfortable in the spacious house with a beautiful and well maintained garden. All very clean and well appointed. The nearby "milk gas station" has enriched our breakfasts, great is also the railway connection from Groß Kiesow. Dana and Tilo are wonderful hosts, it can't feel more comfortable! We had a great family time with seven adults and two toddlers. We really appreciated the good equipment of the kitchen and also the big grill in the garden, especially since we all like to cook. The beds were very comfortable and the house is also very child-friendly with toys and plenty of space. Our dog also felt very comfortable.

Check in and check out went smoothly. Everything clean and nicely decorated. The slope of the roof can be a bit annoying for taller people (as the previous speakers mentioned). But you don't have to queue. ;-) The kitchen is surprisingly well equipped, sufficient tea and coffee were in stock and you could help yourself. The location was great and quiet (despite the open window at night). Great value for money. I'd be happy to come back.

We were 3 couples with a dog and were looking for a quiet cottage over New Year's Eve to escape the hustle and bustle of Berlin. That worked out perfectly. My dog didn't even flinch. With its numerous rooms, the house also offers enough retreats, as we spent most of our time indoors in winter. We also all slept great in the beds and loved the fireplace in the living room. The kitchen was also quite well equipped compared to other apartments, so you didn't need to buy everything new. A little more waste separation would be great and a later checkout would have been great because it's a bit hectic for 6 people in the morning.

Super nice place to stay, with very good amenities. You feel right at home and there is plenty of space. Location of the apartment is excellent!

The holiday with Uwe was as relaxing as we planned it. The description for the arrival was exactly right and we would receive a friendly welcome. The listing is as described. Attention Steep stairs. :) Ummanz is quite sparsely populated and therefore the area is very quiet and suitable for nice walks.

We totally liked the stay in the accommodation in Mönchgut, everything was very very clean and tidy, the kitchen was just as well equipped. The host Uwe was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back again this year.

The apartment is on the 2nd floor and the roof terrace is on the 3rd floor (no elevator). Less than 5 minutes' walk to the marketplace. Quiet despite its central location, parking only in the public area. A very nicely furnished apartment, it is also large and you will find everything you need. The hosts are very nice and friendly. We felt very comfortable at the apartment, would be happy to come back.

The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail – we felt very comfortable from the first moment. Nicole made the check-in super uncomplicated and was always available for questions. The apartment was sparkling clean and equipped with everything you need. We were particularly pleased with the little touches, such as the chocolate provided – a very sweet gesture!

This is amazing place for out-of-towners to stay. A grocery store with integrated bakery/cafe (and in season, even a strawberry stand) literally on the other side of the street. It‘s an easy, under-10-minute walk to bus stops to the train station or out to the beach. The old quarter of town with shops, restaurants and sightseeing is only 10 minutes away. About the apartment itself: the huge farmhouse-style kitchen with big table means that families or groups of friends can really sit together and visit, even if part of the group needs to rest (as in our case, where some of us were still jet-lagged). Everyone agreed that the beds were very comfortable. All in all, a really charming place to stay in a perfect location. Katja, the host, is very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Both thumbs up!

We had a great holiday and a very pleasant stay in Katharina's beautiful apartment. There were two of us in the apartment and there was plenty of room. The balcony with the extremely practical insect protection doors was very nice. The fact that there is a swimming pool, sauna and fitness room in the house is very pleasant. Although I would have liked the water in the swimming pool to be a little warmer. The proximity to the beach is very positive, within walking distance in three or four minutes and we enjoyed the beach chair that Katharina provides with the apartment. The train station in Zempin can also be reached on foot in 5 minutes and we have used the train a few times to visit the Kaiserbäder. The connection is very good and the ticket is covered by the tourist tax. In addition, the area is great to explore by bike. Great bike paths. All in all, we had a great holiday and I can highly recommend Katharina's apartment.

We are repeat offenders! We have now driven into this apartment several times with our two children. The size is perfect for us. We love the location and can recommend the apartment to everyone with a clear conscience.
