Située à 1700 mètres d’altitude, notre maison de famille est située dans le hameau de la Chalp d’Arvieux, au pied du col de l'Izoard. Elle dispose de 3 chambres et d’un jardin privatif clôturé. En hiver, un relevé du compteur électrique est fait à l’état de lieux d’entrée pour sensibiliser à toute surconsommation intempestive. (Voir contrat) Un contrat de location est établi au moment de la réservation. Quelque soit la saison, une ambiance de forêt et ses paysages seront au rendez-vous !

Chalet Face aux Etoiles – 14 pers

Great for mountain lovers. The dwelling overlooks the village, you will have walking access to shops - in winter, the shuttle at the bottom of the chalet takes you to the ski slopes. In summer, many hiking trails are possible from the cottage. You'll love the panoramic view of the peaks from the living room, the large volumes, the heat of the fireplace and the family board games. Possible TV with high-speed WIFI via fibre. Sheets and towels not included - rental possible

My house located in Saint Véran, consists of a terrace with dining area, parking in front of the house On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen area as well as a living room with bar area, corner sofa and finally a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with bathing, independent toilet, as well as 2 south-facing bedrooms overlooking a large balcony. One with a double bed, another with 2 single beds. As well as a raclette set.

Logement avec 1 étage, ancienne école rénovée. Chauffage bois autonome. Premiers commerces à 15 mn (Chateau Queyras).

In the north of the Hautes Alpes, our character studio awaits you. On the ground floor of our house, located on the edge of a GR (long-distance hiking trail) and a route of the Camino de Santiago, you benefit from a completely independent entrance and a private shaded garden area, in summer. This studio was converted from an old vaulted barn which gives it a very atypical charm. Parking space reserved for our guests

Lakefront cottage

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

The dollhouse.

The house, called "la_casetta_delle_bambole" (see Insta) is very small, characteristic of mountain houses, but it has been renovated to have all the modern comforts! It is heated with a romantic pellet stove! Outside (although centrally located) it has a green space where you can relax admiring the view in any season, the village is always inhabited and alive all year round!
