Au-dessus de Guillestre, cette maison récemment rénovée est un véritable havre de paix, ensoleillée et lumineuse, avec une vue imprenable sur la rivière du Guil, le Guillestrois et les sommets environnants. Les grandes ouvertures baignent chaque pièce d'une lumière douce toute la journée. Le balcon plein sud invite à contempler les montagnes à toute heure, et le jardin se prête aussi bien aux petits-déjeuners d'été qu'aux pauses soleil de décembre. À deux pas, une cascade ponctue le silence.

Sur la route du col Agnel, le chalet apparaît. De plain-pied. Discret. Presque secret. Face aux montagnes, bercé par le murmure cristallin de l’Aigue Agnelle, il semble avoir toujours été là. Comme s’il attendait simplement votre arrivée. Ici, le temps ralentit naturellement. On ouvre la porte et l’on entre dans une atmosphère enveloppante. Le vieux bois raconte des histoires, la pierre garde la fraîcheur de la montagne, la lumière s’invite doucement par les grandes ouvertures.

My house located in Saint Véran, consists of a terrace with dining area, parking in front of the house On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen area as well as a living room with bar area, corner sofa and finally a bathroom with shower and toilet. On the 1st floor there is another bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet, as well as 2 south-facing bedrooms overlooking a large balcony. One with a double bed, another with 2 single beds. As well as a raclette machine.
