House holiday rentals in Molinella

From a long retired couple... Very enjoyable week's stay during September in Ruth's spacious, clean, comfortable and comprehensively equipped, family oriented villa. Ideal base for local hiking (which we didn't) and surprisingly well located, given its fairly remote position, for sampling good quality nearby restaurants (which we did). Good scope for cultural and shopping trips: eg. Bologna, Faenza, Dozza (delightful) and outlet centres incl. Barberino (convenient and extensive). We found Ruth to be a very welcoming, helpful and accessible host with a ready wealth of local knowledge - a much underrated asset that certainly enhanced our visit. 6Stanco - go for it!

Beautiful garden, with great facilities including a lovely and stunning views from the hills of Emilia Romagna. The kitchen is bright and we-equipped. The house generally is charming - welcoming and wonderfully decorated with lemon motifs everywhere. Miriam was welcoming and communicated in great time. And the cat is a sweetheart. Highly recommended to families and larger groups.

This house was amazing, we brought our 3 dogs along and had the best time. An extremely private garden and pool with lots of games. She provided all bbq equipment, portable speaker, TVs loads of towels everything you’d need. Dorella was a fantastic host and it’s a really lovely comfortable home. The pool is the big selling point and it didn’t disappoint

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

The hosts (and their daughter) were very nice: it was easy to communicate with them, despite the language barrier online and in person. The unit was very pretty, had an old school charm and was very big and spacious! The pool was also very nice! Sure, it was in an industrial area with a lot of mosquitoes, but there was mosquito netting all around the house, except in the entrance. Thanks for the stay!

Lara is a friendly and helpful hostess. We felt very comfortable with her. The apartment is on the lower floor, but nice and cool. The surrounding area and the space around the house are fantastic. Especially the large pool with the loungers under the trees. The sunsets while dining right by the pool will remain unforgettable to us. Fireflies can also be seen. The place is rather expensive, but superbly located. Also ideally suited for excursions. We will be happy to come back!

We were in the accommodation for a bachelor party with seven people for two nights and had an all-round successful time. The house is very spacious, clean and offers perfect conditions for relaxing with the large garden and the great pool. It was particularly nice to sit outside together in the evening. The mosquitoes mentioned in the other comments did not bother us so much and Francesco helped us with special scented candles that drove the mosquitoes away. Francesco is an excellent host: He was always available and responded very quickly to all our concerns. We felt completely comfortable - a clear recommendation!

Very nice and spacious house, with all the comforts. Everything was also neatly clean. The pool and AC are a breath of fresh air in the heat. Pool was also kept neatly. Nice decor by the pool with seats and sunbeds available. You indeed hear the nearby road, but we did not find that disturbing. Communication with the host was great. They gave fun and good tips for outings and amenities and even helped with an inflamed mosquito bite. There is much to do in the area, but not super touristy. And the dogs Susie and Mila are really sweet. The goats, chickens, and goose fit all the way into the rural area. Thanks for the pleasant stay!

Honestly, Deborah was the perfect host for several reasons. Beyond being incredibly kind and understanding, she really tuned into what I needed. I mentioned that this was my first time in a town like this and that I was hoping to hibernate for a few days, and her place felt like the perfect fit. She went above and beyond to make the check-in process smooth, even offering to pick me up from the train station and take me to the grocery store—on a Sunday, no less, when most places were closed and options were limited. Her home was serene, even more beautiful than the photos, and I immediately felt safe and at ease in the neighbourhood. I also loved how central it was to most things, like a spa, fruit/vegetable store, cafes, restaurants and convenience stores. In a world that often feels like it’s growing less kind, Deborah truly understands the heart of hospitality. :)

Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Huge and very clean house with well-kept outdoor spaces and comfortable interiors, nothing was missing. Host Gianna is fantastic, she did more than her duty. Very helpful and very kind. Thanks to you, we were able to make a child happy by being together. Thank you Gianna for everything.

we only stayed one night because we were passing through, but the guys treated us very well and the landscape is beautiful. if we ever travel to that area again, we will definitely return. thank you very much (also from the furry one)

"a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. the location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. the plus is linked to the fact that animals are welcome, which for us is a discriminating factor in the choice of houses We also had a great time with Franca and her furry friends EsperyTop

We stayed with Elisa for only one night while we were travelling by motorbike. Everything is tidy, clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful host! Highly recommended!! P.S. for motorcyclists: you can park your bike in the garage!

A location immersed in the countryside with a huge garden, ideal for children. The house had all the comforts and we had a great time. Excellent location, only 18 km from Bologna. Tiziana is very kind and always available. Recommended!

Carla was great. Carla and Stefano met us in person and walked us through the house. This worked much better than our other Airbnbs which we stayed at. Casa Vittoria was very clean and had plenty of cutlery, glasses and dishes. Overall it was a great stay.

Had a fantastic stay. Beautiful countryside and views. Property was very clean, had everything we needed, and felt very comfortable. The terrace was great to relax. Nice features like a Firestick, hairdryer, moka pot, were most welcome. Would stay again.

Practical and effective accommodation, especially if you need a good place to spend the night. A friend of mine and I have already stayed in this room last year, and it was again a guarantee, from all points of view. Quiet and above all strategic location to quickly reach surrounding areas and cities. Professional host, friendly and always available to give advice or useful information.

Everything was great. The house is lovingly decorated and clean. The house has everything you need, the location is wonderful and close enough to Bologna. We can only recommend the house.

Due to a very complicated move I stayed alone at the property, unfortunately going back and forth to and from Bologna Working with animals and the garden, beautiful and fully fenced, it really made a difference The house is enchanting as well as the view that frames it, priceless to wake up to the view of our Apennines. So much silence to feel - especially at night - almost intimidated :-) Beautiful disconnect during which, at times, I was also able to regenerate I had some small difficulties with the TV in the room compared to the channel synchronization, while everything was fine with the one in the room Cleanliness and services offered completely in line with expectations Overall, I would absolutely recommend a stay at this charming structure if you really want to unplug and carve out a space and a moment of just relaxation and rest! The accommodation is pleasant, located in a quiet environment, and it is very well equipped and modern (kitchen equipment and recent living rooms, heating/air conditioning system...). Marco was warm and professional (verification of identity documents, tourist tax, responsive in communication on the application, welcome with detailed presentation of the accommodation...). He was able to adapt to ensure that check-in time indications were respected despite an initial reluctance. We had a pleasant day and night on site. Thank you very much!

We spent 7 days in May in this very clean and well-kept apartment, with terrace and small garden and very nice details. In a quiet location. Elena and Alessandro were very friendly and accommodating hosts who responded immediately to inquiries and concerns. We were able to store our e-bikes safely and without any problems. The accommodation is also very conveniently located as a starting point for bike tours. Would love to come back.

Casa Luisa is an excellent accommodation for those who want to visit Spilamberto: spacious and impeccable, very clean, in an excellent location for those who want to visit both Modena and Bologna and with a kind and helpful owner. Perfect stay, I highly recommend it!

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita!
