We had a great stay catching up with friends! The accommodation was as described, very clean, well located and perfectly equipped. The quality of the layout and decoration is top notch. The same goes for the outdoor spaces, with terraces all around the house so you can enjoy the sun at any time of the day. The host was very responsive and thoughtful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Super clear instructions, and a short message during the stay to know if everything is going well. We fell under the spell of the pool, the wild environment (in the middle of the forest, we could see hares) and this house with typical architecture of the region, enhanced by a high-quality renovation. As architects, we have been able to appreciate the mix between the charm of the old and contemporary functionality. Big plus also for the very high quality bedding. In short, amazing accommodation

A spotless accommodation and very well located. In a quiet residential area close to the forest for beautiful walks. A real little cocoon where you feel good with a fenced garden, great for our little fur balls! Super well equipped, there is really everything you need in the accommodation! We arrived independently but Annabelle and Laurent were very responsive and clear in their instructions. We strongly recommend!

Very good welcome from the owners who did their best to arrive a little before the mentioned time because we arrived earlier. The house is located in a very nice private enclosure! With the forest right across to go for beautiful hikes to the ocean. The house is very warm. The owners are very responsive to small problems.

Authentic house in a very quiet environment without neighbours. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful region with many walks for those who like to hike with elevation. House very well located close to Biarritz, Spain, the ocean and the main Basque villages... We'll be there again.

Very good stay at Clo and Alex's. A very good location to be in peace. This stretch of water is also very peaceful. The bungalow is very comfortable and large with good bedding. I would recommend it in a second.

Really ideal for partying with family and children. Even though the weather wasn't with us, we took advantage of it. In addition, the house is decorated with a multitude of heathered objects, really nice! Wild beaches are reached by foot!

Not only is the accommodation much better (warm, bright, practical...) than what the photos show, but in addition, Michelle was of fantastic kindness, allowing us to adapt our stay following a death. The location at the end of the residence and the fenced garden are a serious asset. Honestly, thank you so much and we hope to be back soon!

We had a wonderful vacation in this dream house. It all starts with the communication with the owner, which was impeccable. She always responded quickly and always took care of all our concerns. The house itself is beautiful, modern and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and almost all have their own showers. There is also a play area, with table tennis, table soccer and billiards. The kitchen is large and offers everything you need. The highlight is of course the pool, which is very well maintained. The neighborhood is also great: A quiet neighborhood with friendly people and within walking distance to the beach. We had a wonderful time and would come back any time.

A very pleasant stay in an ideal, quiet and relaxing setting. Numerous activities available as well as bike paths nearby to reach the beach or the villages of Moliets and Léon. Our host was very available. We'll be happy to go back

Excellent stay with Anne Marie who, despite the fact that we did not have the opportunity to meet, was responsive whenever we needed it. The house is spotless and located in a peaceful residence among the pines. Access to the beach is via a very pleasant path through the golf course and the forest. If you want to discover the Landes and the Basque Country, don't hesitate!

We had a wonderful week at this lovely place, full of 70s charm. Everything has its own style — slightly dated, but very well maintained and in great condition. We stayed with four children under the age of two, and they truly had the time of their lives. The garden is a highlight, with both sunny and shady spots under beautiful old trees — perfect for little explorers. The pool was still a bit cool at this time of year, but ideal for a refreshing dip. We also brought a small baby pool, which worked perfectly for the toddlers. There’s a barbecue, and the location is fantastic: great for walks, stroller-friendly, and just a 15-minute walk to the beach with 2 nice beach restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back in a heartbeat.

We just spent 10 wonderful nights here. What can I say apart from it was perfect. Yves and Scarlett are great hosts. They are on hand if you need them but very discreet the rest of the time. The barn is very well equipped and has everything needed to self cater. The grounds are amazing and kept in fantastic condition - we regularly used the pool and hot tub. There are 4 resident donkeys, a small dog and a cat. All are lovely - the donkeys are a pleasure to watch. We went out to a town called Salies de Bearn and would highly recommend it for nice scenery, cafes, bars and restaurants. There are supermarkets and bakeries in nearby towns. The hosts are great at making recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back ☺️

Nath & Fred's house is wonderful and in a great location - right behind the dune. It is superbly equipped and you have many options for using the house; on the great covered terrace or in the garden with feet in the sand. It is very tastefully decorated with many details! Through the garden, the outdoor shower and another area under the terrace, you can get everything super clean & dry after the beach day, which is worth a lot! It's a special place! We were very comfortable! About the area: You can walk to the great wide beach in a few minutes. A great restaurant/beach bar is right on the street; as well as a great bakery and of course a surf shop (relaxed & cheap)! Mimizan is a small place, but you have everything you need! We were at Nath & Fred last year despite a very long journey (15 hours) - it is definitely worth it! Thanks for everything!

We spent a whole month here and we had a really great experience ! The house was perfectly equipped and we really did not miss anything. Our two dogs also absolutely loved it here. The little town of Leon was also super cute. And within a 10min car ride we were able to reach anything else we needed ( beach/ ocean/ other restaurants / towns etc). Would absolutely come again♥️

I had a wonderful time staying at this place! The location is fantastic — just a short walk to the ocean, with beautiful surroundings perfect for strolling. The accommodation was cozy and exactly as described. The host was very friendly and always available, making everything easy and stress-free

The apartment is in a fantastic location on the inner lake and right behind the sea, very popular with golf surfers. The view from the terrace is beautiful, even in cloudy weather, which we unfortunately had. The ambiance and the layout of the location give a wonderful holiday feeling. The decoration of the apartment is functional with a beachy vibe and the beach, tourist shops and restaurants are within walking distance. At the bottom of the apartment, the wooden decking path runs for hikers, which (before the busy holiday period) gives a cozy atmosphere. For dog owners, it is good to know that from 1 June, dogs are partly not allowed on the nearby beach (and most beaches there). To relax and enjoy the salty bliss, we can highly recommend this gem!

We spent 1 week as a family in this beautiful house, very pleasant to live in. The interior is spacious and the terrace is huge. The ocean is a 10-minute walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful for a good holiday! In addition, Tomothy is very responsive and friendly, I highly recommend! And I'll be happy to come back for a few days :)

This is a fabulous apartment in an idyllic location. Stunning views, immediate access to the beach, easily walkable to the core of Biarritz.
