Villa holiday rentals in Molfetta

We spent four perfect nights there, the villa is very well equipped, everything is functional, two internet one for the top one for the bottom. The kitchen was also well equipped and made it easy to make meals. The location for the car is a plus it's spacious, it's clean. It feels safe. The outdoor patio is covered which allows it to be used even when the temperature is dull. We met others when we left, they were coming from a trip outside of the country, they are extremely friendly people and who communicate in an extraordinary way. Communicating in English is no problem for David and Lucia is doing very well as well. The TV is a Smart TV. It's an ideal anchor for visiting the surrounding area. We are experienced Canadian travelers, we recommend the place unreservedly.

Great place! Very charming villa with all the amenities. Very close to shops, with a view of the sea, with a beautiful garden and dogs on the property make you see life in it :)! We were very pleased to stay with Mrs. Daniela and if such an opportunity arises, we would like to live in a similar area. A short walk to the charming town center of Giovinazzo is only 15 minutes on foot, which is unique! As for the equipment in the Villa, everything is as described and very suitable for people who want to prepare meals on their own and spend time in various ways. Giovinazzo itself is a great starting point for other cities in the region such as Bari, Trani or Polignano a Mare. In particular, it will appeal to people who value the peace and charm of smaller Italian towns, and that's what we wanted. The hosts were always helpful and prepared our place of rest with the utmost care to make us feel comfortable. Highly recommended!

Our stay went very well. Our host welcomed us very warmly, is very available and explain everything by giving us all plenty of clear and useful information. The apartment exactly matches the photos and the mattresses are of good quality. The place is quiet and we slept very well. In addition, the apartment very well located to enjoy the beach of " la Torretta" and "Il Braccio" accessible in less than 10 minutes walk. It only takes about fifteen minutes by car to reach the main square ( if there is no traffic) and only 5 minutes, always by car, to reach the Dok supermarket and 6 minutes for the Lidl. The secure garden is perfect for letting children play safely and the two parking spaces inside the complex are perfect for parking their car and hosting in addition to family/friends. On the street outside, there are also blue areas if ever. I recommend it.

Wonderful! We had a great time! A sincere thank you to Vito who was a perfect host, welcoming, courteous and discreet. The house is very nice, fresh, perfectly clean , tastefully furnished. Modern with respect for her Apulian soul. My husband worked in smart working for a few days and everything worked great. The house has all the comforts, spacious and bright! The garden is a jewel, shaded and quiet, the scent of lemon flowers is a wonderful memory! The house is very close to the village. With bicycles, just cross the road and you can get to the center of Mola in a few minutes from a small paved country road. We hope to be back soon!!

A great holiday with a great host, very good home with all you need and want

Elisabetta's house is lovely. We particularly enjoyed the wooded and flowered garden as well as the 2 spacious terraces. We were also close to sites we wanted to visit around Bari.

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

We had a very nice week in Bari/Santo Spirito. The house is only 10 minutes from the airport by car and offers a lot of privacy thanks to the wall around the property. The garden is lovingly fielded and has many seating options, so you can enjoy it again and again. The foosball and the numerous toys were great for the kids. Enzo is a great host! Very likeable and interested in us as guests. He greeted us with lots of treats, gave us valuable excursion tips and helped us immediately when the air conditioning had a defect. A nice place to relax, enjoy family time and great starting point to explore Puglia. Glad to come back. 😀

Very Nice accommodation close to the ocean. We had a perfect stay.

We really enjoyed our stay at Vito’s place. It was exactly what we expected. Very clean, the pool was spotless and huge and great for our kids. We loved the outdoor kitchen as we enjoy being outside. Vito’s mother cooked us a homemade Italian lunch, it’s was outstanding! So she cooked us dinner too. Their hospitality was premium. Great and quick response time with communication. Would return without hesitation.

5 Star, a great place to stay that had everything which you want! Excellent location as it’s walking distance to the beach and a 5 min train to Bari. Would definitely recommend for any larger groups!

Beyond expectations! Wonderful villa, lots of privacy, comfortable spaces and beds for a group of eight, pool and outdoor spaces perfect for a relaxing vacation with friends! Hosts who are very kind, caring, attentive to every detail and very helpful! We will definitely be back!

A peaceful little piece of paradise in cassano the house is a little out of the way so the place is quiet (except during the holidays where there are some fireworks, which did not bother us at all) and in cassano there is everything you need, supermarket, pharmacy, laundry, gas stations and restaurants all accessible by car. As for Manuela, a perfect welcome with the explanations of the different outbuildings, speaks very good French which was very helpful ^^ and who advised us on most of our visits and we thank her for these valuable tips! In short, a beautiful stay in a clean place, with lots of charm, easily accessible by car, which facilitates exchange and sharing! Thanks Manuela:)

Our family of 6 had an amazing week at Julian's house. We loved the location near so many towns with great restaurants and beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The patio and pool area was perfect and even nicer at night with all the lighting. Darren is great and very communicative. We wish we could have stayed a month!

We had a lovely time at Torre Nuova. The villa is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of outdoor space. The pool is excellent, having its full separate bathroom, fridge freezer and music connectivity for sunny days by the pool. The outdoor seating area was perfect for the family, the induction hob was useful for evening meals with beautiful night lighting. The bedrooms are stunning and extremely cool with the white washed brickwork, very comfortable beds. The villa is spotless!! I would highly recommend this property for a quiet holiday away from it all. We wish we stayed longer! Your own transport is definitely required, but the roads are very easy to navigate and local supermarkets only a 4 minute drive! A really beautiful Villa close to Rutigliani and Mola di Bari. Leonarda was an excellent host not just at check in and out but was available each day if required. Exceptional property with beautiful private pool and garden.

l would like to thank Ippazio for a fantastic stay in his home we have no complaints as we felt very much at home for the two weeks we were there.The train station was 10 minutes walk so no problem getting to bari city and other tourist destinations lots of restaurants near by and beach only three minutes away again a big thank you to our host for looking after us so well booking our. taxi and letting stay in the apartment until we were leaving and to the people of bari who were so kind to us would recommend a stay in bari and I will be back in the future Thank you for a lovely holiday experience Ken & Mary

We had a great stay at Carmela and her husband's. We were very well received (thank you for the focaccia and everything else, it was delicious). The villa is beautiful, lost in the middle of cherry trees, it was very relaxing. It is a good starting point to visit the surroundings. there was everything you needed, everything was clean and tidy. we had a problem with the coffee machine and it was replaced the next day (with coffee and donuts as a bonus, thank you). the tips were valuable. I recommend it 200%. A big thank you to Carmela and Francesco, great hosts 😊

We stayed at the beautiful trulletto for 3 weeks and were so happy with our vacation! The venue was beautiful - cute little cottage (with a washing machine which was perfect when traveling with kids), a well maintained garden and pool, outdoor kitchen and bbq, and even a small playground for kids. The owner, Graziana, is very friendly and service oriented and always responded very quickly if we had any questions throughout the stay to make sure we had a lovely vacation. The village, Castellana Grotte, is small but has very cute cafés, a nice little town center, with a lot of supermarkets. The location of the house is perfect as it is only ~20 min from e.g. Polignano a mare and Alberobello, and ~50 min from Ostuni. Beaches along Capitolo are ~30 min drive from the house (we often went to Lido Belli Freschi which was very nice). All in all we are very happy with our choice and would definitely recommend it!
