Villa holiday rentals in Apulia

Absolutely stunning place, even better than the photos. The villa was very clean and modern and had everything we needed, lovely kitchen and living area. The main event was the outside space - huge swimming pool with tiered steps leading in, perfect for our 3 year old. Large enough to do a proper swim. Lovely decked area where we would sit and drink our tea in the morning, large table and chairs where we would eat dinner. Massive garden and everything looked beautiful, we loved the purple flower wall where we would watch the bees and butterflies (and spotted some hummingbird moths which were pretty cool). Stefano was the perfect host, staying in touch when our flight was late and providing lots of info about the area. He was always at the end of a message if we needed something. He saved us on the night we arrived as he had kindly left a bottle of prosecco which went down a treat. Lots of places within easy driving distance - we loved Monopoli, Polignano a Mare and Alberobello.

Our host Angelo was very kind, helpful and quick to respond to our messages. He suggested local stores and restaurants and we enjoyed them immensely. We look forward to returning to Puglia next year.

Stefania's house Not on a nature-protected coast, surrounded by a huge garden with beautiful plants, from which you can see the sea from everywhere. We had a perfect stay in Stefania's house and felt extremely comfortable. For people who love nature, this place is an absolute paradise and Stefania is an unconditionally excellent host who does everything at all times to make her guests feel comfortable. Since we had our dog Anton with us, the large garden was also a perfect place for him. From the grounds, you can take wonderful walks along small country roads down to the sea. The coast in this region is breathtakingly beautiful with many small bays and wonderful hiking opportunities. We can fully recommend Stefania and her heavenly garden. Wow—this is a true Italian villa, like something out of a movie! We stayed with both our parents and our 4-year-old and had plenty of space. The home is grand, with two kitchens and even an outdoor shower. Best of all, it’s just steps from the beach—an unbeatable location! That said, expect to hear early beachgoers and some foot traffic near the property in the morning. The private gate is helpful, but access can be tight if neighbors block the entrance (especially with a larger vehicle). We did deal with ants throughout our stay and vacuumed daily, but it didn’t ruin the experience. The charm and location of this villa far outweighed any minor inconveniences. We had a fantastic time and would absolutely recommend this place for a family stay in Monopoli!

The special location of the house above the sea and the large terrace are more beautiful than can be conveyed in any picture. House and kitchen are very well equipped, cooking and enjoying on the terrace was a great pleasure. The entire property, but also the region, is a green oasis. The house was built and equipped for private use, the history of the owners gives it a very personal atmosphere, a beautiful enrichment for us. Nicolo was available for questions at any time, his assistant quickly on site, if necessary. Down in Scario, there is a well-equipped supermarket and some restaurants, the promenade and harbour are quiet and tranquil, a small bay invites you to swim, and the nature reserve behind the house is ideal for hiking.

We spent 6 fabulous nights at Villa Miramar to explore wonderful Puglia. We are many years using Airbnb and Villa Miramar is an absolutely exceptional property - a little piece of paradise, better than the photos! From the very large terrace with breathtaking views; the kitchen, so well equipped including cooking oils and spices, welcome gifts of water, fruit, coffee, fruit….; very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms and a lovely private pool area. Yoan clearly put his heart and soul into renovating the property with an eye for keeping the authentic style of the original house. But equally exceptional is Yoan himself. We got a flat tyre before even arriving at the villa. Yoan was there in minutes with friends and fixed the tyre with a big smile. We then had the privilege to get to know the man who has a huge generosity of spirit, amazing kindness and hospitality. He is so much fun and made great memories for us. We hated leaving and definitely left a piece of our heart behind.

This place was even more beautiful than the photos. Gorgeous views everywhere you looked. Sunrises were magical. Ada and her husband were so very kind and helpful with any questions we had. This place is a perfect oasis for a group gathering. You wouldn’t need to leave the property if you didn’t want to. So much to see and do right on site including pool and outdoor pizza oven. Several little spots to eat or have a drink with sea view within minutes. Santa Maria Di Leuca is only 15 minutes away with many terrific restaurants and touring options!

I cannot say enough great things about our stay here. I don’t even know where to begin because everything was fabulous. We had the best time and we already want to come back! The setting is stunning, the house is pristine, and the location is great. You are removed from the towns but it’s well located and you can do a lot of day trips to other towns and beaches. Check in was great and we communicated with Giulio for everything and he was very responsive. I’

We had a wonderful time at Stefano's place with our family of 5. The property and home are beautiful. The kids enjoyed playing in the yard. There is ample patio space for dining or relaxing. We went off season and didn't use the pool but it looks wonderful for the summer. The old stone part of the house has great character. The hot tub is a great way to relax. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We had plenty of room to spread out and relax. It's a short 10 minute drive to Ostuni, which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and things to see. We greatly enjoyed our time and would highly recommend the place to anyone visiting the area.

We had an amazing holiday at Vincenzo’s villa! The villa was perfect for a big group of 13 friends, with all of the rooms being spacious doubles with en suites. The outdoor kitchen was great as was the pool area, and halfway through our stay Vincenzo installed a volleyball court! The villa was also a good walking distance into Ostuni, so really a perfect location - we had an incredible holiday!

Paul’s home is absolutely fabulous! So much space, clean, and beautifully landscaped. Domenico, the caregiver, was awesome as well. Only suggestion is to be very specific with who you intend to have visit or stay at the house ahead of time.

Perfect stay! Cosimo and Letizia were wonderful hosts, from check-in to tips on local beaches and restaurants. The villa is as in the photos and equipped with all comforts. A paradise in Salento. The mid-stay cleaning was very welcome. We hope to be back soon!

We had a perfect stay! The house was absolutely beautiful and had all the facilities and amenities we needed. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The communication with the host was excellent — she was very friendly, gave us great recommendations, answered all our questions quickly, and was always easy to reach. The location is also ideal: very central and close to everything worth visiting in the region. We couldn’t have asked for a better place and host. Highly recommended!

Off the beaten track but not too far to get to some of the gorgeous towns in Pulgia! We had a lovely stay at Jerome’s, it was so peaceful and we lived swims in the pool. Jerome was very responsive! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property

So beautiful - even better than the pictures. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Four of us each with our own bedroom. Beautiful home in such a beautiful location close to many local towns. Owner was lovely - went above and beyond for us. Thinking of coming back for a longer stay next time.

The day of arrival whe had some delay with the flight and the rental car, but the communication went smooth and they were flexible with our time of arrival at the place. They took their time to show everything and explain how the lights worked on the different places. The days we spent here were just some of the best on our holiday. Some days were warm, the water in the pool was a bit cold, but that didn’t stopped our children from playing in it. So this is place is also child friendly, our kids (2 & 5) had a great time here. This is a big recommendation for people who want some time away from everything busy. I like to call this a little place in paradise.

A very nicely renovated trulli house with good amenities, everything was new and clean. Inside it has space for 6 people, but is rather narrow according to the nature of the building. The garden and pool area is fantastic, quiet and private, surrounded by olive groves. Accordingly, it is a bit remote, about 10 minutes by car to the supermarket, but perfect for relaxation in the country.

Antonello and his family went above and beyond for me and my guests during our stay. Angela was an amazing employee and I wish I could have an Angela for everywhere I go. The villa is magical and truly indescribable. You have to be there to experience it. The views are breathtaking and the village is quiet and precious.

We were two couples and spent a week in one of the two villas. It was simply wonderful and perfect. The beautiful interior of the house and the fantastic parklike garden with a wonderful pool, the outdoor kitchen and the huge olive-garden make it impossible not to have a fantastic stay in Puglia. We stayed at this lovely place for two weeks and couldn't have had a better time. The place is beautiful, very clean and has everything you need. The host was also very kind and always quick to respond and help when needed. Besides having a great little pool, it's also close to the sea with many amazing swimming spots nearby.
