The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

SEA VIEW Marina of Cassano

SEA VIEW is an open space studio, immersed in the seaside village of Piano di Sorrento. Ideal for romantic getaways or those who want to escape the chaos of the city and spend a relaxing time. Sea View is equipped with every comfort, with a terrace overlooking the sea. You can relax sipping a glass of wine in the hot tub with chromotherapy. The property is well connected and 10 minutes from the center. You can reach the island of Capri with the hydrofoil that starts 100 meters from the structure.

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

RA House Plitvice Lakes

RA HOUSE is a modern, wooden house located in an open area surrounded by forest. There is an entrance to the beautiful magical forest right near the house. The property is located outside the populated area, 0.5 km from the main road leading to the Plitvice Lakes National Park. The house was built in summer/autumn 2022. The surrounding of RA HOUSE is full of natural beauty, picnic spots, interesting destinations for rest and entertainment. It is situated only 20 km away from National Park.

Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

Waking up in the morning, having breakfast in a unique setting, surrounded by silence, the petite maison represents an emotion to be experienced. To complete a unique experience, the beautiful swimming pool where you can relax in an exclusive and private setting.

Countryside stone house

This place's real value does not lie indors, but outdoors. It has a spacious terrace, a garden with fruit trees and open access to the meadows and forest. Tourist tax (2,5 €/person/night) is included in price! It is comfortable for 2 adults. For 3 it is a little crowded. If you have someone along who would like to camp in the garden, feel free to do so. Just make sure to note this in reservation. Warm welcome!

This newly renovated 30 m2 cottage will provide you with everything you need to make your vacation as carefree as possible. Located in the heart of Gorski Kotar, along the Dobra River, it guarantees complete privacy and peace.

Cozy self-standing house

You will love this small, cozy house because of it's location near the beach and the city centre (both a 5 minute walk). Since the house is self-standing, you will be able to enjoy your privacy. I offer also a parking space. The place has air conditiong to cool you down in the hot summer days. You can enjoy a nice cup of coffee with the view of the city walls from the terrace.

This small wooden house consist of bedroom, equipped kitchenettes, living room, sleeping loft and bathroom. It is situated in the top of the hill, surrounded by beautiful nature, in a quiet place with no traffic and beautiful views of fields and mountains. In the morning you only hear the singing of birds and you can enjoy the shade of trees surrounding the house all day.
