In addition to stunning views over the polder, you can also enjoy views of the river De Lek from the bench on the simple sandy beach. There are many cycling routes and fishing waters in the area. The mills of Kinderdijk are worthwhile and the cities of Gouda and Rotterdam are within 25 minutes by car. Amsterdam is 50 minutes away by car. The Duyvendijk stop for bus line 194 is a 100-metre walk away.

Stay in a farmhouse from 1890

You will stay in the old front house of our farm from 1890, in the middle of the Groene Hart. We have made it a quirky, cosy place with vintage furniture, lots of colour and a private garden. You sleep in the old bedstead in the parlour. Outside, you'll mainly find pastures, cows and polders. Rotterdam and Utrecht are about a 40-minute drive away.
