Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stockwerk eines Familienhauses. Außenbereich mit Terrasse und großer Rasenfläche kann gerne mitgenutzt werden. Der Bahnhof ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, somit können die umliegenden Städte wie z.B. Oldenburg bequem erreicht werden.

Meine Unterkunft ist in der Nähe vom Ferienhausgelände mit vielen Freizeitmöglichkeiten, Gasthof mit Biergarten sowie öffentliche Verkehrmittel. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen der Umgebung und der Nachbarschaft. Eine kleine Terrasse befindet sich neben der Eingangstür. Neben der Wohnung ist ein schöner Bootssteg. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, Alleinreisende, Abenteurer und Geschäftsreisende. Dein Elektrofahrzeug kann an der Wallbox (gegen Gebühr) aufgeladen werden.

City, state theater, restaurants and bars are a few minutes walk away. Pius-Hospital and Ev. Hospital located in the neighborhood. Right on a beautiful lake, in a rural location of Großsander, is our loving & high-quality equipped first floor apartment! You have a beautiful view of the lake from all the rooms. At the lake, just lie down, sit, walk, swim, ride a pedal boat or fish during the season, etc... a lot is possible! We are located in a "two-wheel" friendly region!
