Eberg Farm is a newly restored villa built in 1868. Surrounded by a spacious garden, centrally located in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2.5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen,. The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Unique sea front cabin. Very modern and fully equipped. Amazing view over the fjord. The cabin is located 10-15 min outside the city center, with bus departure every hour. Bus stop 1 min away. The cabin is 28 m2 big and is available for up to 2 people. Upstairs mezzanine with a ladder-accessed bed and a comfy sleeping couch below. Free parking by the road and only 1 minute walk down a small hill to the house. The jacuzzi cost extra to use, depends on how many days. No smoking and no parties.

Simple and peaceful accommodation of approx. 25 sqm. with a central location near Trondheim city center. The apartment has a newly renovated bathroom and kitchen. The apartment is located 2 minutes walk from the nearest grocery store and bus stop that takes you to the city center in 10 min. Both Lerkendal and NTNU Gløshaugen can be reached in 12-15 minutes (although public transport is also available). It is possible to have one parking space.
