Eberg Farm is a newly restored villa built in 1868. Surrounded by a spacious garden, centrally located in Trondheim, 50 m from metro bus and airport bus, 2.5 km from Trondheim city center, 2 km from NTNU Dragvoll and Estenstadmarka, 3 km from Ladestien along the fjord, 15 minutes walking distance to NTNU Gløshaugen,. The rental rooms constitute an independent, newly renovated apartment with its own entrance: 40 sqm. divided into 2 floors. 1st floor: Hall with wardrobe. 2nd floor: Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom with shower and toilet and a spacious hallway.

Central detached house with normal standard in a nice neighborhood. There are four bedrooms in the house, two bathrooms with toilet and shower. There is also a laundry room with an extra shower and an extra guest toilet at the entrance. Two of the bedrooms have double beds, and two bedrooms have two single beds in each room. There is parking for two to three cars with one electric car charger available. The house is best suited for families or groups. We usually live here ourselves, so private items are present. We have a dog visiting a few days per month.

Welcome to my house! In my basement with private entrance door I offer a cosy studio flat of 35 m2 with a bed for two persons. Coach, small table and TV, bathroom. Here is a kitchen with a fridge, micro, kettle, it’s possible to make cofee/tea. Very close to the old town "Bakklandet" - nice to walk around the area. A lot of nice places to have a drink and dinner.Also very close to the Cathedral. You will love my place because of the location. The flat is nice for couples, friends and business.
