Dear guests, you will find a semi-detached house of 150 square meters located on a quiet street in Möhlin. Basel is a 20-minute train ride away, and the motorway is about 6 minutes away. Ground floor with a spacious, fully equipped kitchen, a large living room with a TV, a guest toilet, and a seating area. First floor with two bedrooms (double beds) and a daylight bathroom with a shower. Second floor with a large bedroom (double bed), a work area, and a daylight bathroom.

Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Whether you're passing through or staying for a vacation, you can relax wonderfully in this spacious and serene space, close to the nature reserve and the Rhine. Bike path 2 leads almost past the house. By public transport you can reach Basel in 30 minutes. A separate entrance gives you freedom and independence. The whole apartment and also the bathroom are wheelchair accessible. It is a self-contained apartment in a detached house.

The heated Waldhauser Hof Fässle offers a unique overnight experience. The quiet retreat is designed for two people and has a cozy double bed, a seating area, storage space and a kitchen corner with a wash basin and refrigerator. Outside, a seating lounge invites you to relax. A dry separation toilet is located next to the barrel. Please note that there is no shower. Ideal for those who enjoy nature and want to relax!
