Close to nature & stylish living in the old farmhouse

The apartment is in the small district of Karsau, which belongs to Rheinfelden (Baden). In an almost 200-year-old farmhouse overlooking our farm animals (horses/sheep/cat/dog/chickens) you can relax wonderfully. Basel can be reached in 20 minutes by car/train. Beuggen train station is within walking distance (1.5 km). Right next door is a children's playground and the forest with beautiful walking and cycling trails is a few minutes' walk away. Tetto Piccolo, the small roof (own apartment)

I call this little home "Tetto Piccolo." It is a 40 m² apartment. Behind the house is a small playground. Next door is the physiotherapy school and the Rhine Jura Clinic. The thermal bath is also within 3 minutes' walk. The Swiss border is also very close. The quiet location close to the mountain lake and a beautiful view of Switzerland invite you to relax. Wi-Fi is available. There is also a tourist tax of €2.5/day/person to be paid.

The stay went perfectly. We received clear instructions for check-in, lightning-fast answers from the landlord, everything was great. Check-in and check-out is all super fast and you don't hire anyone, so you can do everything yourself. Great accommodation!

Border paradise between thermal baths and lake

We had a wonderful week in this modern holiday apartment! The accommodation is tastefully furnished, spotlessly clean, and offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. We especially appreciated the spacious bathroom and the fully equipped kitchen – perfect for preparing breakfast, pizza, or pasta with tomato sauce. In the evenings, we enjoyed our meals on the terrace and ended the day in a peaceful atmosphere. The location is ideal – a perfect starting point for hikes in the surrounding area. Bad Säckingen is within easy walking distance, and by train, you can quickly and easily reach Basel, Schaffhausen (Rhine Falls), or even Lake Constance. The host was always available and very helpful – we felt well taken care of throughout our stay. We’d love to come back!

We had a great time at Rosi's place in Bad Säckingen. The quiet location is great and the view from the terrace is even nicer than the pictures suggest. Overall a really great stay with a very friendly hostess. Always happy to come back!
