Where do I begin with how incredible this place is for spending time with loved ones! This house sits beautifully on top of a hill, with complete privacy away from the hustle and bustle. The scenic views from the patio are breathtaking, complemented by a very well-maintained garden and beautiful landscaping. There are lovely areas for peaceful walks throughout the property. This place looks even better in person – beautifully decorated with gorgeous and comfortable furniture throughout. Everyone had the most restful sleep, and even the bathroom chairs were a wonderful touch. Michael and Francis were extremely communicative and accommodating. The fully equipped kitchen is also a huge plus. We would absolutely come back!

Little miscommunication at first but it got all sorted out quickly. Tricia was very understanding and made it right! Beautiful place and had everything we needed. Definitely will be looking into booking this place again in the summer!

Ashley was very accommodating with our needs. The house was beautiful and amenities were all high quality. We all loved the place!

Our group of 12 stayed over the weekend and we had plenty of space and the kitchen was very well stocked. Julia and Bart were super flexible and always communicated well with us. We had a great experience and will definitely stay again if we come back to Cortland!

Great stay. Great hosts. Exactly as described. Read carefully, the layout is a bit unusual. 2 bedrooms 2 full baths downstairs. 4 bedrooms 1 full bath upstairs. Scenery is gorgeous. WiFi as promised and ski out to garnet hill (for adults) and 10 minutes to Gore (for teens) made it a perfect spot for our working ski vaca.

Fantastic place to stay with the family. We stayed with 6 adults, 2 kids and there was plenty of room for everyone! The pool table was great, fires with the provided firewood in the outdoor pit and inside fireplace were awesome. Hottub was in full working condition. Kitchen is spacious, yard is large, surroundings were beautiful. Plenty to do in the surrounding region and I definitely recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle because the roads can be steep. Host was flexible with a later checkout! Will definitely stay again

I absolutely give Daniel and Amber five stars for going out of their way to make us comfortable and accommodate our special requests. We arrived on Sunday and were hit by a huge storm on Tuesday. There is no controlling the weather! The power was knocked out for a large part of the area, including the Garnet Hill community. Our stay at Daniel’s was cut short but we were very thankful for the help and support we received from Daniel and Amber! Even though we had to move, we were still able to enjoy our stay and the children all had a fabulous time at the lake.

House was nice clean and warm. Great kitchen. Comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay all in all. Christopher could work on a few things to make the stay easier for guests but this is a great spot and we loved the quiet and the privacy.

Perfect location for skiing Gore Mountain. 4 min drive. Great Adirondack feel. Ewa checked in a few times via text. Wanting to be sure we were warm enough in the very cold temps. We were toasty. We invited her to stop in one eve to say hello and see our German Shepard. Shes a big lover of these dogs. She stopped in with some treats for him and say hello. Unit is very clean and spacious. No problems, would recommend for skiing.

This cabin in the woods is a wonderful base for exploration of the Adirondacks. If you love the outdoors, I highly recommend this airbnb as there is plenty of wild to explore within an hour drive in all directions. The house is cozy with everything you would need to live there. Myself and 9 of my friends fit in this house and we had a wonderful weekend in the adks.

We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation from Syracuse. Although a drive from the city, it was a great choice for hanging out away from the busyness of Syracuse. We really enjoyed our time here and it was a good set up for my ILs who had access to the downstairs bedroom and bathroom.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at Scotty’s place! He was an incredible host — extremely accommodating, especially for baseball families like ours. The house was perfect: clean, comfortable, and stocked with all the necessary amenities. The location couldn’t have been better, just a quick 10-minute drive to Dreams Park. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and Scotty’s communication throughout our stay was top-notch — responsive, friendly, and helpful every step of the way. An extra special bonus was meeting Shug, the gentle giant, who made our stay even more memorable. We highly recommend staying here and would come back in a heartbeat. Thanks again, Scotty!

Friends and Family at Blueberry Pond for the Eclipse and some birthday celebrations. The property is so beautiful and peaceful, it was exactly what we were hoping it would be. Armin & Sally are very responsive and helpful. We were able to walk some of the trails around the property, wish it was a bit warmer to have taken the canoe's out. Highly recommend this property.

We loved this little cabin. The hosts are absolutely amazing and responsive. We arrived at the house at about 2am to find a snack basket waiting for us because they knew we were coming in late. It feels amazingly private for being so close to nearby amenities. While we were there the “stream” (more like a river in rain season lol) was a constant sweet background noise. They make sure you have everything you might need. It was a great escape to the wilderness without going too far. 10/10.

My time at LLama House 🦙 was simply amazing! From start to finish, it was a seamless and cool experience. The host, David, was incredibly welcoming, ensuring I felt at home from the moment I arrived. The space itself is a hidden gem – impeccably clean, beautifully decorated with all of the furniture and modifications that he hand built, it was everything I needed. The attention to It was also nice to be greeted by his wonderful dog, Wilson. I felt that it was a cozy retreat after a day of snowboarding. This location is ideal, offering both tranquility and accessibility. I enjoyed the local charm and convenience of nearby attractions. Plus, the nearby creek added a magical touch to my stay. Communication with David was excellent, and I appreciated his local recommendations. It's clear that David take pride in creating a special experience for his guests. In summary, LLama House exceeded My expectations. If you're looking for a flawless getaway, this is the place to be!

This is a new house and everything in it was in perfect condition. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils you would need and even had a meat thermometer. The house is very isolated but the road was plowed properly so no issues getting in or out. It's a short drive to North Creek or Gore Mountain. The place was spotless when we checked in as well. There is no cell service at the property but the wifi worked well. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely incredible experience. Beautiful cabin. Each cabin has a private fire pit as well as one only about 100 feet away right on the river. The cabin had a manual as well which listed several different points of interest in the surrounding area such as hiking/biking trails as well as ski slopes for the wintertime. There was even a complimentary cookbook for the flat top grill. The cabin looked exactly as it did in the photos, was extremely clean, and well maintained. There were several indoor and outdoor games available and the property had a nice open area for additional activities. There is very little tree cover over the cabins so the sunlight shines during the day and the stars are extremely visible at night. Overall this was an incredible stay, and the host was extremely receptive and quick to respond to any questions I had before my stay. If I could rate this higher than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. I’ll be back in the winter with my skis

perfect spot for our weekend getaway! our stay was short but very comfortable. the neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. we also loved hanging out with the cats. and the bed was so comfy. would highly recommend!

Everything about this experience was fantastic. Christopher is an excellent, and enthusiastic host, and I really appreciated his flexibility and accommodating nature. I would recommend his space to anyone and everyone. I look forward to returning!

Our stay at Rachael's Posh camp was fantastic. The attention to detail in every space is unmatched. Beautiful foliage all around and a couple of trails on the property :) I have never felt so in touch with my body and so mindful. My husband and I really needed a place to clear our minds and relax and this was perfect. Wish I could live here! Will definitely be returning in the future :)

I spent the weekend at Larry's cabin with friends, and we absolutely loved it! The cabin is well equipped and quite cozy, and very well located. It's perfect for a weekend getaway. Larry was a great host, quite responsive and attentive to our needs. I would definitely come back and I highly recommend the place!
