With vintage wallpapers, eclectic antiques, a cozy fireplace, an outdoor cedar sauna, a large fenced in yard surrounded by honeysuckle vines and a spectacular mountain view, the house is a perfect getaway spot in unspoiled nature and still-wild forests of the Catskills. Trails to the pond, creek, and a small waterfall. Oneonta 20 minutes. Cooperstown 45 minutes. Visit charming Franklin. Amazing second story deck that faces only woods. Dog friendly for up to 2 dogs. Stand alone ac unit in main room in July/August. There is a camera facing the driveway. No cleaning fee.

Secluded and Private Catskills Cabin with a View

Modern cabin on the mountains of the western Catskills. There is a full kitchen, dishwasher, washer/dryer, an assortment of books, board games, puzzles, and an indoor wood-burning stove. There is reliable, high-speed fiber-optic wifi. There is no TV. Note: In winter (Dec-March at least) you will NEED a vehicle with AWD or 4WD to reach the cabin. The final .75 mile of the drive is a dirt road with a couple of hills that could be difficult for an FWD vehicle to safely get up or down.
