Monthly Rentals in Mohawk River

We stayed here twice, the second time we stayed it felt like coming home! The house stays cozy and warm even in negative temps. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook! My husband has had 2 back surgeries and the bed was comfortable even for him. The neighbors are quiet and the surroundings are so peaceful; the creek is so calming. I 100% recommend it!

Great place to stay in the Cooperstown area. Under an hour drive to HoF through pastoral country. Got a decent Pizza in Ft Plain from Papa Joes. If I was visiting the area again and didn’t want to stay in Cooperstown, I’d definitely come back here.

Judy’s place was absolutely amazing. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was perfect. Judy stocked the fridge with farm fresh eggs and bacon which was a fantastic treat. Judy is the best communicator, she made sure all our questions were answered and made sure we felt at home. We will definitely be back!

Joseph's place was spotless! The linens and towels were very clean. The location was perfect for us, close to family. Looks just like the pictures.
