We are located on a quiet dead end road where you can walk or bike for miles along the river. There are also two nearby lakes with beaches and boat rentals. We are close to ski resorts and shops too!

If you want to experience nature, our homestead has a one room king bed cottage between 2 ponds. A private full bath is 25 steps away. Enjoy the serenity of the water. The cottage is insulated, heated, has electricity,Wi-Fi, and a smart tv to be used with your own accounts. The cottage is separated from our home by a garage. We leave guests uninterrupted unless they want/need anything. Guests have full use of the ponds and acres to enjoy!

Summer Bookings, we only accept 6 night stays aligned with Cooperstown Dreams Park schedule, see their site for the schedule. The 2026 season is 5/31-8/23/26. Beautiful 3 bedroom on Canadarago Lake, 15 min. drive to Cooperstown. We now have 6 kayaks, a pedal boat, & a paddle board! Enjoy coffee viewing the peacefulness of the lake, if mornings aren’t for you, It is as beautiful at sunset with wine.
