We have been 12 people in the house, marriages with children and what I say would fall very short, the house is spectacular in every way, location, cleanliness, size, comfortable, we found it incredible and we will definitely repeat!! Rebeca is very friendly and helpful. It's well worth it.

Raul was a very accommodating host. Communication was very good and queries were answered quickly, allowing us to check in a little early with our very tired baby. Everything had been thought of. There was a travel cot in the room, milk, pastries and hot and cold refreshments. The room was immaculate with lovely facilities and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was quiet but there were bars and cafes within walking distance and a lovely child friendly restaurant less than 5 minutes drive away. Would be first choice to stay again if in the area. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Maria's place. The house is practically new, very well equipped and tastefully decorated. You can tell that it is thought out in detail to make you feel at home: from the kitchenware to the small details that the hostess has had, all very well taken care of. We especially want to thank Maria for her close and friendly treatment, always making sure that we were comfortable and with a great flexibility that made our stay even easier, something we value very much. The house is very comfortable, bright, quiet and is located in an ideal area to get to know the area. We definitely recommend the stay and we won't hesitate to come back if the opportunity arises. The stay was terrific. Met more than 100% of expectations. What we have experienced as very pleasant is the personal contact with Mari, our hostess. The contact with her was friendly, helpful and hospitable. When we left, Mari came to say goodbye to us in person. The space was clean, spacious and equipped with all comforts. In the bedroom, a bed of 2.00 m wide. Public transport is very close and takes you to the centre of Santander. Something we also like. You will then need to find a parking space in the centre. We therefore highly recommend it for people who want to visit the area and Santander.

Truly magical house, with furniture and fixtures that connect with the mansion spirit. Very well maintained garden and wonderful activities to do around, as well as plenty of space to rest and play back home.

I've been at Marisol's house with my family for three nights and from the first moment I felt right at home. It has free parking, the house is cozy, it smells very good, everything is tidy, it has a fully-equipped kitchen which is a plus for people who like to have breakfast and even eat at home. Marisol was very friendly and helpful to us. She mentioned nearby restaurants, beaches and places to go. During our stay she was attentive to everything we needed The house is very close to Santander and we were able to go spend the afternoon not only in Cantabria but also go to Santander Definitely a 10/10, we are very glad to have chosen your house to spend a few days with the family enjoying nature and a good accommodation

We felt super comfortable with Magda and her family. Magda is such a warm person and we appreciated her cooking skills very much. The place is very cozy, especially the bed and has everything you need! We highly recommend to taste from Magda's marmalade... Delicious!! And then the sweet four-legged friends, we will be happy to come back!

Mer's accommodation is inconspicuous at first glance from the outside, but it amazes and convinces you very quickly once you are inside: a super loving, modern, thoughtful and detailed interior. Every corner has been perfectly utilised, without being overcrowded. Amenities are just as described. You have everything you need. There is even a self-made guide with activities and restaurant recommendations in the area. Everything was super clean. The beach is just around the corner and in the accommodation there are beach towels and an extra beach bag and parasol...I say, everything has been thought of. We had a very nice time and can only recommend it. 🙂

Sandra was a great hostess. Upon arrival, she was waiting for us and escorted us in and went through everything with us. We also received the necessary information about activities and restaurants in the area. We were very satisfied and can highly recommend this accommodation.

The accommodation was perfect, very well located, well equipped, very clean. We were greeted by Miguel, with great kindness. The parking in front of the accommodation was perfect for our motorcycles, note that access through the paved alleys a little slippery requires a lot of vigilance.

Everything's perfect

Amparo and María welcomed me and my partner as true members of their family. We enjoyed perfect privacy, and at the same time were always attentive to any need. The house has all the essential amenities; however, the most noteworthy are its stunning views, the spacious terrace and an unbeatable location. Also, the accesses and parking are very easy to find. The access to the beach is unbeatable and, given the circumstances, we have the proximity of restaurants, two beaches, the lighthouse and cliffs that allow you to enjoy beautiful sunsets. We had thought about taking the car, but I didn't even need it, as everything turned out to be perfectly accessible on foot. If you are looking for tranquility, the comfort of the beach, spectacular views and a really nice stay, this is definitely the best place to enjoy an unforgettable getaway.

The rental is true to the description, very nice spot. We had a very pleasant stay despite the mixed weather. The views of the apartment on the ocean and the surfers' slides were a delightful daily spectacle. We were treated to 2 magnificent sunsets. We enjoyed hiking by the sea and other equally exotic places. Thanks to Manuel for his hospitality and professionalism. We recommend... Good luck for the coming season.

Beautiful apartment!!

Very nice, clean and very equipped apartment. Perfect for two people, the bathroom somewhat small. Very equipped and modern kitchen. Everything was very clean. Laura was always attentive and decisive. Next to the beach, restaurants and supermarkets. Keep in mind that it is a second without elevator, for people with reduced mobility not recommended. The indoor parking is fine, but not having designated squares in times of much affluence such as summer or bridges you run out of place, and outside it is almost impossible to park, we went in the bridge and it was already on top, so in summer it can be crazy. I would return but not in the summer

Diana was so lovely, she did a great job explaining everything despite the language barrier. The flat is in a private location in a beautiful building with everything you could possibly need. The apartment is walking distance to restaurants, beach etc and we managed to find parking outside.

The apartment was in an ideal location to visit Santillana del Mar, very comfortable and quiet. And safe parking was provided.
