We went to Semana Santa and moved from there to many places of interest because we stayed close to everything. In Suances we saw the sunset from the place Carmen recommended. Beautiful

Our stay in Pedreña's apartment was exceptional. The views over the bay of Santander, with the city in front, the dunes of Puntal and the estuary of the Miera river, are impressive, even with mist. The location is unbeatable: a stone's throw from the pier where the boat leaves every half hour for Santander, which allowed us to get around without using the car (and park easily next to the apartment). In addition, Carlos is a perfect host: he responds quickly to any questions and offers recommendations for the area. We'll definitely be back soon.

We liked it a lot, everything was impeccable, Raúl was very attentive and kind, he gave us local recommendations, the apartment had everything and the truth is we felt at home, he provided us with a crib for our baby and a plus was that it had parking. The area around the property is very tranquil and quiet. Easy to find and only a short walk from several restaurants plus it is easy to catch the ferry across to Santander. We were a party of eight adults and the property had plenty of room for all of us plus in benefits from four bathrooms too. The living room was also very spacious and had a large dining table with ample room for us all to sit comfortably to eat. The garden was an added bonus and we made full use of this area.

There was nothing to complain about for us. A beautiful house in a quiet and better residential area. The central location to the beach and the town centre is great. We received a lot of information from Maria in advance and everything went wonderfully at the reception. We were there for 2 weeks and since the weather was changeable, the big house was great. The garden with the old trees provides shade and the evening sun is beautiful for a sundowner. Our dog also felt very comfortable on the fully fenced grounds. So if you want to stay in this corner with a dog - or children, because the cellar is full of children's toys - this is the right place. Thank you, dear Maria, for letting us stay in your house.

It was a good experience. Noelia is very nice and answered all the questions. Even sending photos of what was in the kitchen so we didn't have to bring too much, etc. He also let us leave later so we took advantage of the last day. The house is incredible, it has everything you could possibly need and more. The incredible garden overlooking the mountain and the super nice surroundings. You have trails nearby, but you can also take the car and 10 minutes away you have trails with waterfalls, etc. The supermarket is a bit far away, but with a car you can get there easily and you can also visit the villages a bit with super good restaurants, etc. The rooms are very good, everything is very clean and comfortable with views in each one. And the living room with the fireplace is really an incredible area to be at night with plenty of space. It really is an incredible house, we had a great time. A place with incredible peace and very well located. If you're looking to spend a few quiet days, it's an ideal place. It is in the middle of nature, with the beach very close and very well connected to visit picturesque villages and eat in good restaurants. We repeat for sure!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!

We had a lovely stay. The apartment is walking distance to the beach and downtown, while still being in a quieter neighborhood.
