Roberto is a great host. Welcoming, full of good advice and did everything she could to make our stay go smoothly. The house is spacious, clean and the terrace allows very sunny breakfasts. The place is very well equipped, we lack nothing. 1 hour from Genoa, La Spezia and Parma, and 40 minutes by train (train station 15 minutes by foot) from the Cinque Terre, the location is perfect for discovering this beautiful region of Italy. We had a great time. Tim's house is very well placed to discover this area. The house is spacious, very nice with its large very clear stay and this accommodation is very clean. The garden is beautiful , well maintained and has a magical view of the environment. Tim and his mother are discreet. Tim is always available, smiling, really taking care of his tenants. and good advice We're holding this property. Thanks so much to Tim .

We had a fantastic ,relaxing and comfortable stay at this beautiful place. The family were really hospitable and helpful. The garden for an evening meal outside with amazing views of the mountains was an unexpected bonus also.a hammock to relax in. We were able to eat fruit from the garden and hazelnuts and also had wine from the vineyard . All a great experience . The waterfall 15 minutes away with pools you could swim in and loads of castles dotted about made for great days out . Thanks so much for our wonderful stay . We definitely would like to return .
