The Austin House is a downstairs apartment in a Historic Home built in 1921. In the beautiful Victorian style, it features 12' ceilings, lovely hardwood floors, and wood molding. The windows are large and allow warm natural light to bath the spacious rooms. An inoperable fireplace sets the tone in the living room with comfy yet updated furniture. The kitchen is very big and has a farm table for dining. The bedroom has a queen Murphy bed and a spacious bathroom. Close to restaurants. This home has a Keurig coffee pot and we provide starter K-Cups but you may want to pick some up.

Mobile Infirmary is right across the street making this a popular spot with traveling nurses and families. Downtown Mobile is 10 mins away with all of the great history of this shipping city. Welcome to Mobile! Enjoy this entire well maintained condo in the heart of Midtown Mobile close to three major hospitals and just minutes from downtown. Community clubhouse with pool, grill area and work out room is available. My bookings come with a welcome basket . It is available for short term and longer stays. At this time I am unable to accept local guests from Mobile. 21 and older please! I also have another Airbnb in same complex if this is booked - Gigi Midtown Getaway #2.

Renovated but historic! With a private balcony! This property is a two bedroom, one bath loft apartment on the second floor of a small Midtown building. It was fully updated in 2021, with new central air, new kitchen and renovated bathroom. The location is excellent, just a couple minutes to Downtown Mobile, and under an hour to Dauphin Island or Gulf Shores Beaches. This is a beautiful neighborhood to take an evening stroll and see the 100+ year old homes.
