Named after the "Liberty" apple variety that grows in the orchard, the tiny farmhouse beckons you to unwind and reconnect with nature in a serene setting that promises relaxation and reflection. Previously known as Zion Heritage Farm, this place encourages you to unleash your creative energy in a genuine and peaceful setting.

The Red Bull Inn Riverfront

The Red Bull Inn is a charming, rustic cabin on the river that is pet friendly. A hidden place with private river frontage along the Buckhannon River that provides excellent fishing. The Lake Escape is a charming getaway nestled by Tygart Lake State Park: a retreat that offers year 'round opportunities. This cottage is private yet steps away from the features of the park. Our property is situated just 0.8 mi from the Lake Marina, 0.4 mi from the swimming area, 2 mi from the Lodge Restaurant, and adjacent to hiking, biking, picnic areas and playground. Whether you are looking for peace and relaxation or prefer outdoor adventure the Lake Escape welcomes you.

Stay in the masterfully crafted Lemuel Chenoweth homestead along the rippling Tygart river. Built in 1857, this 2nd floor suite offers antiques furnishings, a private entrance, master bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, and mud room. It has a queen bed, dresser, large porch with views of the river, a clawfoot tub with shower, sink, toilet, and a well stocked farmhouse kitchenette with a double induction cook top, sink , fridge and more. We do not offer a TV. Near Elkins.

This 2500 square foot log home is nestled in the saddle between two peaks on 40 wooded acres. It lies at the edge of the Dolly Sods wilderness, has forest views from every room, and a sauna. The location provides easy access to tons of hiking and is only 2.5-3 hours from Washington DC. It's as close as you can get to Dolly Sods without camping! 4WD needed in the winter.
