Alisha's place is truly a hidden gem! I felt at home the moment I arrived. It's a wonderfully comfortable space, perfect for both relaxing and working. If you're planning to stay in the northern part of Yogyakarta, this is the ideal spot! A heads-up: the soundproofing isn't the best, so you might hear some noise from the neighbors. However, as a heavy sleeper, it didn’t bother me much. If you're sensitive to noise, it’s something to keep in mind. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I'll definitely be returning on my next visit to Jogja!

The unit is comfortable and clean. The strategic location around there are many restaurants, cafes, angkringan & minimart. So it's very easy if you want to walk to find breakfast. Close to several coffee shops. It's just that there are some things that are old to be less comfortable to use. Outside of the thing in that everything was ok. Although the apartment is old but the unit has been renovated & the cleanliness is very well maintained. A variety of items are provided for guest needs and are quite complete. The atmosphere inside & outside of the apartment was very comfortable. The host is also very helpful and responsive. No difficulties during our stay here. Maybe next time will stay here again.

There was a slight misunderstanding when we arrived because the apartment had not been cleaned. But when we contacted Rahmat he ensured that the apartment was cleaned immediately while we went out for dinner. This is a great space for families: there is one bedroom with a large bed and another with two twin beds. The air conditioning works well, and the kitchen has basic cookware, plates, cups, etc. available. We did not use the swimming pool, but we loved the mountain views. There are many places to eat and convenience stores nearby. This is a good value: I would certainly stay here again.

It was decent close to where we wanted to go and comfortable

My family and I absolutely loved staying here. The area is spacious and suitable for family vacation. The location is also easy to find and plenty of eateries around.

I had a fantastic month here and was very glad of the choice. The apartment has nice views of the city, convenient motorbike parking, is close to loads of restaurants/warungs/cafes, is nice and spacious, is cleaned well and felt like home. I'll definitely look for it again if I'm back in town!

Good place

The house is nice, cozy, and spacious with 4 rooms, the front yard can park 2 cars, and there is a back terrace. The atmosphere of the housing, there are stalls/grocery stores near the house. Complete kitchen equipment and amenities. Close to tourist attractions such as Gembira Loka.

Sifa’s house was a wonderful place to stay during my recent trip to Yogyakarta. It is easy to find, spacious, and is like described on Airbnb. I highly recommend Sifa’s home stay to anyone seeking a nice place to stay while visiting Yogyakarta!

At first I wanted to stay overnight, but when I got to the homestay I wanted to stay overnight because it was clean and very hommie. And most importantly, it's always cleaned every day.

We had a wonderful stay at Winarti's place. She provided a twice a week cleaner to come keep the place tidy. We had a little front porch where we could sit and have tea and enjoy the garden. The house was well-equipped and had enough AC minisplits to keep us cool, even during a heat wave. The house had plenty of hot water, and the shower was very good. The house is a town house in a gated community with a manned security gate. We were a short cab ride from everything. You can use Grab for cab rides, and it is very inexpensive and easy.

We like the villa. The swimming pool is quite large and the rooms are all large. The kids love the villa too.

If you want a private peaceful area but not far from the center of the city, this place is the best. Bring a family with baby or toddler you will got peace of mind knowing the area is far from traffic but also not “remote”. There are nice cafe next to it, owned by the same person. My favorite local dish: miedes. Delicious, unique, and you can’t find it anywhere outside south jogja.

Had a lovely stay at Rika’s place. Cozy, clean, and felt just like home. She was friendly and helpful throughout. Would definitely come back

Really enjoyed my stay at this apartment with my partner! The room was very peaceful and cosy and I loved the variety of light settings in the room which gave it a nice vibe. This stay had all the amenities including water dispenser, toiletries and a Netflix account which was excellent. And the view from the balcony was beautiful. Thank you so much! Highly recommend 😊

Spend 3 nights in Raditya's apartment and it was amazing. The room is clean and fully equipped, if you are lucky you can see the mountain view from the patio. Definitely worth the price.
