This bright and cozy house offers a beautiful panorama view over rice fields. Located at the edge of a suburban village it is the perfect spot to relax in tropical nature and to explore the village life. Although in the countryside, it´s located only 15 min away from Jogja´s city center. We are a German-Indonesian family that has been in love with this area for years. All day, there blows a soft, chill wind, the Sawah Breeze, that invites people to relax and forget about their everyday life.
“I loved every single thing about my stay here at Silke & Riyanto’s. It is located outside Yogyakarta’s bustling areas, just what I wanted. Having said that, the access to this place was easy with online taxies. The chalet was beautiful; it had a porch overlooking the sawah—the sunrise view at around 5:30 was mesmerising. It was sparking clean and carefully designed for the safety, earth-friendly, and aesthetic purposes of the place. Silke & Riyanto were very helpful and friendly. They invited me for a drink and shared a lot of inspiring stories. I would love to stay here again next time I visit Yogyakarta.”
A hostel with a homey vibe. Perfectly tucked away from the main road. Walking distance to Yogyakarta's bests; Alun-alun Selatan (town square), Taman Sari (water palace), art galleries, bars and restaurants (local and international). Oh, our awesome local breakfast is included in every bookings made. Fresh cut fruit with fresh fruit juice, and local delicacies....Yummm yummm! Motorbike rental & tours are also available.
“Thanks a lot Trava. You’re place is enough for me who just traveling in a day. Facilities inside is met my needs and expectations, the design inside is so cute. I didn’t expect a fan is enough for me haha fortunately there’s no mosquito there.”
near by giwangan bus station and near by city (15 minutes)
“Dreamy Tiny House is exactly the perfect place for a break from the city of Jogja. Agha and Syam made our stay really comfortable. We first booked a different room, upon arrival Syam showed us around the other available airbnb rooms. It made us decide to move to the ‘truck’ tiny house. The hosts were very thoughtful, they didn’t mind us changing to the other room. At night they help set up the outdoor movie and constantly made sure we were comfortable. Thanks very much Agha and Syam! Really happy we spent our last few days at Jogja at your place. Definitely recommended to all who are looking for a private and quiet stay.”
