There is a lot of beautiful nature within 10 minutes, as well as parks and walking courses. Surfing points, where international competitions have also been held, are dotted nearby, making it a heavenly place for surfers. There is a wooden deck and garden where you can enjoy coffee time while listening to the birds sing and soaking up the sun. Beer is great to drink while watching the beautiful sunset. The starry sky is very beautiful in winter. You can enjoy BBQ and campfires without worrying about the neighbors.

Being surrounded by nature near the ocean, you may occasionally encounter seasonal insects outdoors, particularly around lights at night.
