Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

The Stöckelkeller is the former inn in the village of Unternschreez near Bayreuth. By car, the university is 10 minutes away, the city center is 15 minutes away and the Festspielhaus is 20 minutes away. You will stay on 29 square meters (13 square meters of living & cooking; 11 square meters of sleeping; 5 square meters of bathroom) in modern, friendly rooms. We have equipped the apartment the way we like it when we travel. The house is right next to the small Margrave's Palace Schreez.

Sit back and relax – in this quiet, stylish accommodation. In the stylish half-timbered house you can enjoy your time out in the small apartment. Separate entrance and private parking. Small kitchen with oven, fridge, washing machine, extra sofa bed and free Wi-Fi await you. The living rooms are newly renovated and equipped with new furniture. Also ideal as a fitter's apartment. Electric roller blinds and soundproof windows let you sleep quietly and in the dark.

The newly renovated, approximately 75-square-meter attic apartment is in a very quiet location in Mistelgau. The built-in kitchen has a dishwasher, stove, kettle, toaster, microwave, fridge, coffee and Nespresso machine. The bathroom has a shower / toilet. The spacious bedroom has a double bed and a foosball table. A small children's room offers a sleeping option with bed. A pull-out couch is also available. Pets are welcome by arrangement for a fee.

Outside, you can enjoy your first coffee or wine in the evening in comfort on the large balcony or terrace.

Fun park, swimming pool, restaurants and shopping are just a few minutes away by car. A charging station for electric cars is also available.
