Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances.

Nestled at the foot of the Loess Hills, this repurposed grain bin is a sight to see. Every inch of the inside has been customized for a relaxing and luxurious experience. Conveniently located just 30 minutes from downtown Omaha, as well as within a quick drive to numerous state parks. There is even an external electrical hook up for campers. Finally, our grain bin includes 20 acres of the Loess Hills to explore. We recommend hiking to the top of the ridge for sunset. It's breath taking.

Located one hour from Omaha in the scenic Loess Hills of Iowa, this newly remodeled studio apartment above the garage has a large deck and a beautiful valley view overlooking my hometown. Please be our guest! Our adorable little cottage is ready for you to relax and stay awhile. When you pull in the driveway, you'll notice this little place has a surprisingly large yard with mature trees and peonies. Step inside and enjoy the cozy, comfortable space... large windows and bright paint keep the place feeling airy and new! Close to the trendy, historic Benson district (1 mile) which features restaurants, bars and ice cream. Benson also has scooter and bike rentals.

Private suite located in lower level of our home, direct entry with key code through the garage. Guests love having immediate access and NO STAIRS!!! 8 Minutes from both main interstates. 15 minutes to downtown, ballpark, zoo, shopping and 20 min from the airport. Full service grocery store is 2 min away providing pharmacy, deli, pizza, liquor, and a Starbucks!! Amazing restaurants near by as well as Dunkin' donuts also a favorite with a drive-thru for convenience.
