Erik and Sarah’s place was great! It was close to so many things and places. They provided a great list of local spots and recommendations. The bed was SO comfortable and the space was cute and clean. We plan to go back again, we had a great time!

Stay was great, plenty of space and privacy The view from the yard is amazing especially at night! Felt like I could see all of Denver from the backyard! Hammock was great, fire pit was a nice thing to have while sitting outside at night enjoying the view, definitely recommend for anyone who is going to the Red Rocks or just looking for a quiet place close to Denver with an amazing view!

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a great place to unwind and relax!

Our stay was wonderful. The home was very clean and the beds were very comfy. Micheal was very welcoming and super flexible with us. We would highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling to the area. Very beautiful neighborhood and easy to access the major highways as well. It was more affordable than a hotel and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much!

Over the last seven years anytime my husband and I visit Kansas we always reserve to stay with Carmen.

This location was absolutely gorgeous! It was hard to tell where the actual entrance was because it was around the back, but besides that it was an absolutely amazing place to stay. Definitely considering coming back again soon!

Lisa’s place was perfect for what I needed - a simple, peaceful accommodation to spend the night as I was passing through the area. Everything was exactly like the description and Lisa was proactive in communicating instructions prior to check in. The Murphy bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and even though the suite is attached to the main house, it felt very private. Would definitely stay there again!

We chose Bonnie's place because of the incredible views, and they are actually way better than the photos! It was so amazing to wake up and see those mountains every morning. What we didn't expect -- and were so grateful for -- was the warmth and friendliness Bonnie showed us from the very beginning. She and her dog Jessie met us at the door when we arrived and showed us around, and then they came down for coffee the next morning. She's so knowledgeable and enthusiastic for Cody, Yellowstone Park, and the surrounding area, it was a delight to spend the time with her. Her place was impeccably clean, warm and inviting. Even though it's a ways out of town, the drive is worth it for those mountain views, that sky, and for the chance to make a new friend in Bonnie. It was truly like staying with family! Can't recommend highly enough.

This was a very special weekend with lovely surroundings. The view was perfect…to be that close to water was special. The rooms were super clean, all the things we needed. The walk in shower was delightful. Being a birdwatcher, the decor was perfect and saw painted & indigo bunting among other species. Highly recommend this place. The host was delightful to meet as well.

Honestly was an amazing stay, they had everything and more. The fridge and pantry were even stocked with complimentary things to enjoy. They were extremely responsive and respectful, really made you feel at home. Nothing was confusing and the amenities were top tier. I would not only stay here again, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Denver.

Greg and Andi are superb hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had what we needed. The unit where we stayed was spacious and well equipped. It included access to a private deck with hot tub. The surrounding neighborhood was walkable, including some fantastic restaurants, coffee shops, brew pubs, and other stores. We would gladly return in the future!

Scott is a wonderful host. He reached out immediately and was very welcoming and informative. The space was clean, relaxing, and very homey. The check in was seamless and very easy. He was not in town when we arrived but responded immediately when we reached out. Great experience!

This adorable house is very clean and tidy with lots to do! We wish we had more time to stay in the home to take advantage of all the things inside and out! Clean and nice hot tub. Robes were a really nice touch. Bed is EXTREMELY comfortable. There was a fan in the closet, that was so nice for us. Nice bathroom, bathtub and shower. We really enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again and longer!

Everything in BV is walking distance. Absolutely loved how close the house was to the River!

Joel and Sarah’s place was just what I needed for a short overnight. They were very accommodating and I felt right at home. Would definitely stay here again if I visit the area.

Catherine was an amazing host! It was very clean! And had everything you needed! It was very cozy! It worked wonderfully for our family of four with two kids the bed room with the to twin beds work great for my two kids. We loved our stay!

From the moment we made the reservation to the night before we checked out, Debra was in contact with us, giving us suggestions, clarifying questions, and meeting our needs before we knew we had them. She noticed that I was limping when I came in and quickly offered hiking poles, which were a lifesaver for the rest of the trip. We are so grateful she ensured our every need was met. Regarding the apartment, it was more spacious than we anticipated. There is a lovely sitting area outside the front door that is perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or a meal. What you can’t see in the pictures is the burbling creek that meanders past the backyard. The mountains in the distance are a spectacular sight. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools to cook and the bathroom and laundry area have everything you need. Probably the best bed I’ve slept on away from home. If you’re a shortie like me, she’s even provided a stepstool to get on the bed. Awesome location close to USAFA!

Great people too be around with. They take care of the problems that you have right away. The breakfast that they offered there was delicious. Overall, it was a pretty nice place fridge just needed some good detailing and the ice tray underneath the freezer but ordering that everything was nice and clean and organize. Hot tub was great. It was the one thing that sold me on.

Everything was perfect. We loved the peaceful and private setting. We were close to everything but felt like we were in the country. Mary was very helpful with recommendations on things to do. She gave wonderful instructions too. We highly recommend her place.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Jindy's place. It was absolutely beautiful inside and out. Enjoyed the hot tub and the lights gave it such a cozy atmosphere. Will definitely try to stay here when we come back to CO!

We had a fabulous weekend at Beth’s place. It was very well decorated and great for our needs. Beth was quick to communicate and made us feel right at home!
