Unwind and Relax at an Industrial Luxe Pad
Take it easy on the covered 2nd-story patio, then hang out in the open kitchen and dining space under exposed ducts and dramatic black rafters. The double shower head glossy white bathroom and ghost chairs add a futuristic edge to this urban abode's loft vibe. Unwind on the acclaimed ultra deep sectional with a plush blanket and catch up on your favorite shows or movies. Many points of interest are reachable within minutes. No Animals and No Smoking- Host suffers from severe allergies and is frequently on the property This is a 3 story modern townhouse in the heart of Houston! There is a full newly renovated luxurious bathroom, new KING size bed, an extra inflatable mattress (queen size hiding in the closet, upon request), kitchen for making full meals or heating Houston restaurant leftovers! Our living room features a massive lounge-worthy sectional with a smart TV, soft blankets, and plenty of pillows. We also offer free use of the washer and dryer. While you will have full access everything listed here, part of the 1st floor (full blocked off with private separate entrance) is another Airbnb unit. You may run into other guests due to a shared outdoor gated entry but each unit has a separate private and secure entrance into the Airbnbs. The kitchen and dining area are right above the 1st floor Airbnb, so we appreciate not walking with your shoes (if loud) upstairs. Within 5 to 10 minutes are the Medical Center, NRG, and Downtown Houston! Less than 15 minutes away are the BBVA Compass Stadium, Minute Maid Park, Rice University, University of Houston, Texas Southern University, the Houston Zoo, Museum District and many many wonderfully diverse culinary options from food trucks to breweries to steakhouses! Approximately 15 seconds to highway 288 which gets you downtown in around 8 minutes. Stay here and you don't have to fight street traffic on top of freeway/highway traffic! Street parking in front of the house along the grass is plentiful! Most of the owners park here since our garages tend to be for storage :) No Pets Allowed (We are very allergic!). We also appreciate you leaving your shoes in the foyer since we have soft pine wood flooring upstairs. You will have access to the townhouse through our gated side yard. There is a small 2nd story patio that you will have all to your self as well. Great spot for winding down after a long day with some of Houston's finest craft beers. The side yard and patio are both wonderfully lit for both safety and atmosphere. Please do not walk to back of house on 1st floor as this is a separate Airbnb unit. Part of the first floor is also an Airbnb unit so please reach out to us using the Airbnb app's messaging system. We recently moved closer to downtown so we're still just minutes away and can help with issues you may be having. We do clean our own units so don't be surprised to run into us as we're cleaning the other Airbnb :) This unique metal-clad townhouse complex sits right in the heart of an urban neighborhood in inner-loop Houston. Less than a 5-minute drive from downtown, diverse culinary options are on the doorstep, from food trucks to breweries and steakhouses. Minutes from the new HEB and other amenities. Hobby Airport is 15-30 Minutes away depending on traffic. George Bush Airport is 30-40 minutes away depending on traffic. Local bus station is a 6 minute walk away. You can bike to the closest rail line station. This is Texas though so driving (including Uber) is usually the easiest way to get around. We will send more detailed access instructions (tips, really) the day of or the day prior to your arrival, so please keep an eye out for that. Access to the unit is completely host-free, so you can check in at any time after 3pm and come and go as you please, no matter the time! Please make sure to make the reservation for the actual number of guests that will be in the listing. Any unauthorized guests (whether they spend the night or not) will be subject to a $20 per night fee.

Enjoy stylish living in the Roscoe House, an updated 1888 Victorian where wood and granite counter tops meet walnut shelves and vintage finds, mixed with original art. The house includes a library, patio, and fully stocked gourmet kitchen. *nearby train track construction was recently mentioned in 2 reviews; the city of Chicago seems to have moved on to a new section of the track, yay! If this changes we will do our best to update you!* Bringing kids? We have a pack and play with organic cotton sheets, blow up toddler bed, sound machines, high chair, baby gate, play kitchen, toys and books. FYI: There is a Craigs List scammer using our listing photos-- Beware! We love art and design and hope our home reflects that. This newly remodeled modern space is a 3 bedroom house, each with a private bathroom and flat screen TV. (3br 3 bath) There is also a queen pullout sofa if you have a larger group- we can accommodate up to 8 people. We provide all sheets, towels, and parking permits for street parking where you can usually find a parking spot within the block radius. The living room is perfect for hanging out- enjoy the 55in SmartTV /Netflix,Amazon prime accessible or read a book or play a game in our library, and cook in the fully stocked kitchen or BBQ on our patio. The home has central air throughout- so heat in the winter and A/C in the summer. All the rooms have ceiling fans for the in between seasons. Want to be out? You're a 5-10 minute walk to many great shops, restaurants and bars. We are 20 minutes to downtown via the Red line EL train, 5 minute walk to Wrigley Baseball Stadium, 7 minute walk to Southport Street where all the family restaurants and great shops are, and a 10 minute walk to Boystown. The Roscoe House is the perfect place for your stay in Chicago! Remember though, with all this great access to city fun- you will be in the city, which means you will hear the train pass behind the house (3 lots over) and if the windows are open, you might hear the neighbors. Most say that the train sounds like a nice woosh to lull you to sleep :) Permit street parking is available (we can give you a permit)**A NOTE ABOUT THE PARKING PERMITS: Be sure to enter the date and time on the sticker for every day you park. They are only good for one night, and if you do not enter the date and time in pen (careful not to smudge) you will be ticketed!!. Of course we have a laundry room and wifi. Have a baby? We have all the gear. Looking for something a little cheaper? We have another listing, equally as beautiful, just as close to the same great shops and restaurants. We have a contractor and house manager nearby if we are not able to meet you at that moment. Walk to great shops, restaurants, and bars in less than 10 minutes. Visit Wrigley Field nearby, or explore Southport Street, which boasts family-friendly restaurants and great shops. Boystown is a 10-minute walk, too. 7 minute walk to the Belmont stop on the Redline EL train You can hear the woosh of the train as it passes behind the house. It is urban living and will lull you to sleep..... PLEASE NOTE WE DO NOT POST ON (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN). ANY POSTING ON OTHER WEBSITES IS A SCAM, PLEASE NOTIFY US IF YOU HAVE SEEN ONE.
